They will take your money and string you along for months…read more My experience with this company was all broken promises and disregard for their customers. 5/14/26 - I called Allegiant to get on their schedule. 5/19/26 - I received an emailed estimate (no deposit requested). I was told to expect the work to be done within 2-3 weeks, early-mid June. 6/23/26 - When weeks had passed with no word from them, I followed up. Only then that I was told a $1,000 deposit was required to "get on the schedule." They asked for a check that same day and sent someone to my house to pick it up. They promised early June. Then they promised July. Then early August. I rearranged my own work schedule multiple times to be home for appointments they never showed up for (or called to cancel). I was stood up repeatedly. Each time, Allegiant would assure me they were "coming soon" -- while holding on to my $1,000. Work was not completed until the very last days of August. That means I went the entire hot, dry summer with no irrigation. I could have hired another company. But Allegiant kept stringing me along, saying they were coming-- they had my deposit and I believed they would honor their word. They didn't. The work also left something to be desired. The valve box sits a full 6 inches above the rest of the lawn because they didn't bother to remove rocks to level it with the ground. During our walkthrough, my husband was left with a long list of tasks to fix their mistakes: leveling the valve box, cleaning up plastic flags and zip ties they left behind, and adjusting the spray heads -- which were set to water our sidewalks and the road along with our lawn. This is not a company that values customers. Find literally anyone else.

I received an estimate from them and agreed to hire them to remove 2 of our blue spruce trees on October 15. On October 22 and October 23 they came and cut down the 2 blue spruce trees in the front yard and hauled the debris away but still had the stumps to grind and remove. On October 24 they asked me if I could pay them for the work that they did because they were having financial problems. I paid them the full amount and they stated on their invoice that the stump grinding would be done by October 30. They have kept our money and have never returned to grind the stumps as of November 8. And if that is not already bad enough it even gets worse. We also asked them to remove a 3rd blue spruce tree in our back yard which they agreed to do. They delimbed the tree on October 25 and left that afternoon and we haven't seen them since. On November 5th they texted me and said that they had issues with their insurance and would not be returning to complete the job. I have called and texted them every day but they will not return my calls or texts. As of today November 8th we have a dangerous and ugly snag in our backyard and stumps that are not ground. I advise everyone to beware of Black Willow LLC. They are not a honest worthy company and I don't want you to be taken advantage of as I have been. There are a lot better companies out there to hire and I wish that I would have known about their work ethics and went with someone else. As of today I am out $500 for services that they will not complete.
