Now I was an avid cannabis smoker for well over 30 yrs + was more than lucky to purchase my flower from Breal's grower from Cypress Hill made connections with great acquaintances out in Cali at the time but everyone went their separate ways so I'm definitely well knowledged enough to know what's what. Their's no question I was sold a bogus jar of a concentrates, from a company that's usually faked pretty heavily learned soon after my purchase, this was no doubt some bogus dabs of not badder which I ordered but some dried up stiif crumble that tasted God awful leaving a puddle of straight water in my dab nail that's how I knew it was some bogus concentrates, had one of the most heated arguments over the phone with supposed owner some young dweeb swearing that I clamed to had swapped the jar that he sent me for completely something different after I sent him pics and a vid of what he sold me he was too funny felt like finding this dude ripping his head clean off. I also blame myself cgoing backwards had been dabbin top tier live rosin for some time until I recently quit everything past 3 months over. I wanted to buy in bulk to save myself some spread but instead got one of the worst transactions and headaches ever. Dude try to fix things make omence left message over the phone but was too heated to do so, I literally shattered that whole jar in the stairway of my complex $270 bucks down the drain from trying to save a little ending up losing alot. Moral of the story please know what you want and what you're purchasing, especially from a trusted source which they were not at least too me, to better themselves I'd suggest get much better product (live rosin, better flower etc) because NYC is heavily behind the cannabis scene, were still fairly new to this and just started peeking to know what top shelf anything should be. After finally settling on what I wanted to get, I went to Venmo them and I accidentally Venmoed $50 bucks to a random stranger, they could see I was so upset and distraught that I just gave some random person 50 bucks right out of my account and I had no way of getting it back, or canceling the transaction. They were such genuine people they gave me what I wanted for FREE. They honestly felt so bad, they gave me their product for no charge. Thank goodness there is still a few amazing people in the world like that, for the random stranger on venmo that still has my money and won't return it, I can't say the same about them. I can't wait to order more from them, I thank the wonderful ladies up and down for treating me so kindly! Please check them out!!!

Well today they wouldn't admit me as they wouldn't recognize my cannabis New York State ID /license /pass (the only photo ID I had on me) which isn't due to expire until April 2026. I offered to show the ghouls my yearly up to date New York State cannabis certification. that would not do? They wouldn't let me use my cannabis pass as a photo ID. They demanded I show them a New York State drivers license which I don't have or a photo state ID, which I didn't have with me. I have been using this cannabis ID at this location. I'm up the proverbial Schitt Creek. I had to go all the way home now without what i came for. i am needing medication for my pain. I know ny state is trying to get rid of medical Cannabis so they can get all of the money from the recreational cannabis. The recreational dispensaries are everywhere. There are two remaining medical dispensaries in Manhattan. What am I supposed to do now? I will never go back to RISE dispensary. the people that I dealt with today couldn't clarify or make sense of anything that was going on... and I left there feeling like the fool. because I wasn't informed? they've made changes changes that affect my life.
