Also the place is cash only, the girl that was getting my order ready saw me holding my card in my hand for a good 5-10 minutes, when I finally handed her my card to pay she told me it was cash only and that I had to use the atm machine in the front. They will take down all of your information and will have a rep from inside come grab you. For first time customers, they give you a 30% discount on your purchase. So take advantage of that. Aspen came to get us and I told her I was looking for some sleep aid. She took me over and explain to me what each product does and the effect it will have. She was able to answer all of my questions and was helpful in making if comfortable to be there. I've held off in coming to a dispensary for the longest time and finally bit the bullet. They do take Debit/Credit with fees of course. $2.95 for Debit and $5 for Credit. Not every dispensary will accept these forms of payments, so it's convenient. There's also an ATM machine right outside if you want to save on some service charges. The interior was nice and cold and clean with displays being spaced out nicely.

If you're okay with overpaying for products that will be loaded with pesticides and much less potent than advertised, you've found your spot. I brought my unopened vape cartridge back with a receipt, telling the staff that I didn't want to use it. The QR code on the packaging is (by state law!) required to link to third party test results for the batch. The code led to nothing for me and I was unable to find any test results for the product. They insisted returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects and that I wasn't eligible for any kind of refund, credit, or exchange. I'm a little grateful for that. Sure I'm out some money now but why would I want products that could potentially poison me? Did some research on the subject and was horrified to learn that Maven were the subject to a lawsuit after fabricating lab results about the safety and efficacy of their products. It's talked about in the 2024 LA Times article "The Dirty Secret of California's Legal Weed." Look it up and see for yourself if you don't believe me. I feel bad for the workers, the ones I dealt with were polite and helpful. It's management and their shady practices that are the problem!
