You kept us in the loop the entire time. You kindly and patiently fielded my calls and text, which were sometimes made in a panic. You helped us work through some unforeseen issues (not caused by RCF), and while they were not your problem, you still went out of your way to help us find a solution. The cabinet crew was great, special thanks to Max, Blaine & John (our 23-year-old cabinets look brand new). The interior painting crew was also great, special thanks to Robert, Max & TJ. The workers showed up on time every day and were courteous and professional. I truly believe the entire team went over and above anything that was expected.

After 2 days the blemishes were still as visible as they ever were and paint was dripped on baseboards, wallpaper and slopped onto adjoining room walls. Monkeys would have done a better job. The owner acknowledged the issues and fixed them himself. Howver, it seemed like he would fix one issue with the walls and then create another. After 2 weeks I paid him and said everything was fine just to get him out. Today I opened a remaining can of paint to do some touch ups myself and a.) He left a roller in the paint can and b.) His ability to custom build solutions when we ran into the "fun surprises" that come with a 100-year old house allowed us to get through what might have otherwise been major delays - like when we found out your ceiling is 3" off level one corner to the next, or when some of our cabinets kept coming in broken or ordered incorrectly from the designer...
