I saw Dr. Wright in September, 2018 after I had spent 3 1/2 years with chronic ankle pain and…read moreswelling. She came in, looked at my ankle and stated there was nothing that she could do for me, that the pain in my ankle was due to my chronic pain condition. I continued seeking help and finally got the attention of another, more reputable physician. An MRI and subsequential CT scan was done. The results were that I had been walking around with a broken ankle for a long time, (Osteonecrosis and crushed talus bone). I was devasted that Dr. Wright dismissed me the way that she did. Because of the damage that had been done over such a long period of time, I had to have an ankle fusion. There is a plate and 7 screws in my ankle now. I am currently 7 weeks post surgical and cannot begin weight bearing for another 5 weeks at least. I would not recommend Dr. Wright to anyone. She was negligent in that she dismissed me and was not interested in helping me as a patient when I truly needed it. Sincerely, Anita Sams

My first issue was the X-Ray machine they wanted me to stand on was filthy, and I asked to have it cleaned before standing on it. The cloth the technician used was black with dirt after cleaning the platform. Then I was taken back into the exam room which also appeared to be very dusty and dirty. When the doctor arrived she examined both of my feet even though I only have issues with my left toes. Then I was told my condition would require surgery to resolve and the doctor was pushing me to make a decision on the spot which I was not ready to do. Apparently I must have upset the doctor or someone on her staff because I was charged the wrong co-pay and some incorrect information was entered into my health records which looked very intentional. My primary care doctor corrected my medical records, and I let them keep the extra money they charged me. I'm hoping they use that money to buy a mop and broom to do a little cleaning. I'd recommend finding a different doctor for your foot care needs.

I had roughly 7 appointments with her and a pending surgery. Her care was so poor I left her practice a month before my surgical date for an Achilles bone spur. I went to an orthopedic surgeon and found out not only did I have a bone spur but also a benign tumor and an Achilles tear. I am so thankful I did not trust her to complete this surgery. She is probably the most unprofessional doctor I have seen. She didn't order any imaging before she scheduled surgery, if she had she would have seen the tear. I had my surgery over the summer, I am on the mend and it was a good experience....but it was with an orthopedic surgeon. Ajlouney is condescending, moody, unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable as the surgery date approached. On my last visit before surgery she was so rude I left the office and knew I would not be returning for surgery.

I liked the blue duck feet best. The music was nice too. There were several people ahead of us as we arrived early. Each person was called in order and no one had to wait for very long. The nurse was personable and really knew her stuff. Dr Lyerly came right in, looked the toe over, collaborated with what the nurse had said. He then gave a clear description of his recommendation. He numbed the toe, preformed surgery, bandaged it up, gave us instructions and sent us on our way. The conversation was fun and the whole thing was refreshing. We are going back in two weeks so the dr can make sure all is healing well. Thank you all for your wonderful service. We highly recommend Dr Lyerly and his office.
