The office is small but clean and comfortable, Melissa makes check-in hassle-free, and they are taking appropriate COVID precautions. Dr. Jah is a caring, personable, and knowledgeable provider. She successfully treated the issue in question and explained causes of and potential treatments for a secondary issue as well. Her post-procedure instructions were clear, and the visit took less than an hour. While I hope that I don't have a reason to come back here, I would not hesitate to do so if the issue recurs. I went to Dr. Ajlouny for an issue I was having with two toes on my left foot. After a short wait I…read morewas taken to an exam room and for X-Rays. My first issue was the X-Ray machine they wanted me to stand on was filthy, and I asked to have it cleaned before standing on it. The cloth the technician used was black with dirt after cleaning the platform. Then I was taken back into the exam room which also appeared to be very dusty and dirty. When the doctor arrived she examined both of my feet even though I only have issues with my left toes. Then I was told my condition would require surgery to resolve and the doctor was pushing me to make a decision on the spot which I was not ready to do. Apparently I must have upset the doctor or someone on her staff because I was charged the wrong co-pay and some incorrect information was entered into my health records which looked very intentional. My primary care doctor corrected my medical records, and I let them keep the extra money they charged me. I'm hoping they use that money to buy a mop and broom to do a little cleaning. I'd recommend finding a different doctor for your foot care needs.

I had roughly 7 appointments with her and a pending surgery. Her care was so poor I left her practice a month before my surgical date for an Achilles bone spur. I went to an orthopedic surgeon and found out not only did I have a bone spur but also a benign tumor and an Achilles tear. I am so thankful I did not trust her to complete this surgery. She is probably the most unprofessional doctor I have seen. She didn't order any imaging before she scheduled surgery, if she had she would have seen the tear. I had my surgery over the summer, I am on the mend and it was a good experience....but it was with an orthopedic surgeon. Ajlouney is condescending, moody, unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable as the surgery date approached. On my last visit before surgery she was so rude I left the office and knew I would not be returning for surgery.

I needed advice on buying new shoes. My husband would get a new pair, Merrels mainly, these should last a year or more, However, in a month or two, they were too uncomfortable for him to wear. Dr. Collard was able to give us excellent advice on what brands and types of qualities that would benefit his feet. I feel confident we will find shoes that work for him. When we arrived the receptionist was professionally dressed, efficient, very cheerful and welcoming. The office is clean, comfortable and amusingly decorated with feet. I liked the blue duck feet best. The music was nice too. There were several people ahead of us as we arrived early. Each person was called in order and no one had to wait for very long. The nurse was personable and really knew her stuff. Dr Lyerly came right in, looked the toe over, collaborated with what the nurse had said. He then gave a clear description of his recommendation. He numbed the toe, preformed surgery, bandaged it up, gave us instructions and sent us on our way. The conversation was fun and the whole thing was refreshing. We are going back in two weeks so the dr can make sure all is healing well. Thank you all for your wonderful service. We highly recommend Dr Lyerly and his office.
