Highly recommend this boxing gym! Aside from the GREAT price (especially when compared to other gyms around the area), I especially recommend COACH ANGEL whom I have been training with (boxing). I've never boxed a day in my life before joining, but so far he has been very patient, motivating & pushes me everyday! read more

Love this gym! I googled the nearest gym to my house and this gym popped up along with a few other ones, so I was off to check it out. Trisha and the trainers are very caring and really showed they wanted to help me get into shape. I explained that I am a member at 24hr fitness, but tired of having to pay and I never go. I explained that I have looked at other gym's in the neighborhood and didn't really feel it. Trisha (owner) wanted me to take the first class free, so I could see if this was the gym for me. She didn't want me to pay if I wasn't going to show up and really workout. I took the class and Danny is an amazing trainer. Because I am so out of shape he took the time during class to help me and I could tell he was really listening to me. I decided to join this gym with my 14 yr. old daughter. The gloves, wraps and mouth peace was all included for both of us. No sign up fee, no contract. I am also getting help with food recipes. Hope my comment helps you make a decision to check this gym out. read more

Great place to consider training at!! I heard about this through a friend and it's been a great experience.

Tano is a great coach and he really helps me lose weight it's great !!! Even have great friends 5/5 rating

Highly recommend this gym! I got a free class and fell in love with the Muay Thai class.

I recently had to quit due to work schedule changes. I was not charged a fee after cancelling and still am happy with my experience there.

I would not recommend this place I went for a couple months and it was going good then the owner yelled at me because I didn't tell her I was going or something and she tried to give me free classes so I won't post a yelp review good trainers coach tano was my trainer and I liked him but just with the owner incident I left because my parents didn't like that she yelled at me read more

I really can't believe these guys have made such an exciting gym in less than a month. It's a brilliant feel good factor every staff member is so approachable and professional. The best thing i've seen is people starting from scratch to well trained athletes. I honestly believe this gym is going places everything is fitted to the customers liking and you cant ask for more than that. Well done HPTC staff ‍ read more

Combat Vets Thank the High Performance Training Center for it's Patriotism and Generosity: I am a Combat Veteran who became an Amputee as a result of wounds sustained while serving our Country in Combat. My mission in life is to assist my fellow Combat Vets transition from military to civilian life. To that end, fellow Marine Combat Vet Josh Griggs and I created the Combat Vet Fitness and Mixed Martial Arts Program. Our program reaches out to Combat Vets who suffer from a myriad of physical and emotional maladies, as a result of Our Combat Service. We offer our Brothers and Sisters a program through which they can ameliorate the Flashbacks, Nightmares, Suicidal ideations, Insomnia, Stress, Depression, Anxiety, Substance Abuse and the other symptoms of PTSD and TBI from which Combat Vets suffer. We offer Combat Vets an outlet for their anger, frustration and omnipresent pain through Vigorous Exercise, Grappling, Mixed Martial Arts and Boxing as an alternate to dubious remedies such as; Antidepressants, Chronic Pain Medication and Psychological Counseling. More Importantly- Combat Vets Always Train for Free! Combat Vets assisting one another restores Trust and develops the familial bond we shared during the Life and Death Combat missions. However, the Combat Vet Fitness and Mixed Martial Arts Program would probably not exist, but for the Generosity, Patriotism and Compassion of Trish Weisman and the HPTC staff. Trish stepped up and offered the HPTC to The Combat Veterans Fitness and Mixed Martial Arts Program when we were in need of a Gym in which Combat Vets could feel safe, release their stress and enjoy the camaraderie we enjoyed while we serving our country in Combat. The HPTC facility is tailor made for Combat Vets and anyone else who is seeking a facility in which to; (1) tone their bodies, (2) learn the Arts of; Boxing , Mixed Martial Arts, Grappling and (3) bodybuilding. The Patriotism and Generosity of Trish Weisman, Allen and the staff of the HPTC, which offered - Rent Free - their state of the art facility to the Combat Vet Fitness and Mixed Martial Arts Program during a critical period of our development is overwhelming! /Users/patrickfrega/Desktop/Josh.Trish.Edwin.jpg, /Users/patrickfrega/Desktop/HPTC.Ring.jpg, /Users/patrickfrega/Desktop/HPTC.Cage.jpg, /Users/patrickfrega/Desktop/Ryan.Gabe,Cage.jpg, /Users/patrickfrega/Desktop/CV.Fit.Logo.png.png, read more

This place is absolutely amazing. This is not just a fitness journey for me, but a mental one as well. Not only are the trainers amazing, understanding, and passionate, but the members are just as awesome. I went into this not knowing what to expect and had low expectations of even being able to do it. However, once I met everyone and the class got started, I realized how great this was going to be. Everyone is so down to earth and there to help. This is definitely one of the best things I could have done for myself. If you are doubting at all whether or not to come here, just do it! read more

Greatest training center in so. Cal!!!! Thanks to HPTC, I will be doing my first half marathon in November!!!!! Grrrr!!!!!!

Great place to workout! They offer great classes. It Is a newer place. Trainers are wonderful. The kid classes are Mon-Fri at 5pm and my kids love it. Bring your children and try out the 5pm strength and conditioning class at the same time. I highly recommend this place read more

I went to the muai Thai class, thought it would be fun. On my first day (45 minute class) the instructor started sparing with the students. Did not require us to wear head gear, and there was no additional head gear for the students. Once it was my turn to spar with the instructor he kicked me in the face with a roundhouse kick. We were only training at 30%. He broke my orbital bone in my face and I was required to have surgery. He then was not sorry or willing to help with the injury. He was a real ass about the whole thing. I have had surgery since and had double vision ever since. This was the worst instructor I have ever seen. I do not recommend the instructor Eric Chavez, or the gym. He ruined at least 6 weeks of my life. I hope he was fired. read more

Love this gym! The owner (Tricia) is extremely helpful and so are the professional trainers. Love Joey and Alan they are awesome. It's hard getting to the gym but both my husband and I agree that once we get there, we are happy we came. YOU WILL SWEAT and you will LOVE IT! You get technique and a great workout or you can just focus on technique and STILL get a workout. For whatever reason, our kids need to eat every day or a couple of times a day so I can't stay for more than one class but I most definitely would if I could. My boys love it too. It is very family oriented and you feel the love. But their speak is adult too so there's no baby waby talk. It's a comfortable environment but they are real. Not expensive, very reasonable for a family of 5! The same amount they charge for ONE person at most other gyms I looked into. Not sure how to explain it, they are NO JOKE but you will love it all the same because you know you are getting a great workout. read more

I first started here because I was told that I would be able to work toward competing at the amateur level for boxing. I attended the classes on Tuesdays and Thursday's for about an hour and a half each day for about two months. Despite the fact that I was working toward competition I was always put in a group of people who were just learning to box or their for a boxing cardio workout. During this time I never worked one on one with any of the trainers. I just continued to train hoping things would progress....they didn't. Before leaving I had texted the owner asking about the training I was told I would get at that gym. I never received any kind of reply back. The last straw came when I showed up and nobody was there to run any kind of class. Later that month I emailed Trisha telling her I would like to cancel my membership due to not getting the training I was promised. Once again I did not get a reply back. Later I came to find out that despite canceling my membership she charged another month to my credit card which I found out through a Yelp review she has a habit of doing after you cancel. If you are looking for a serious boxing gym to train at I would look toward somewhere else. read more

Everything went well the trainers were helpful the people were friendly. The only reason why I put one star is because the owner Tricia charged me without my permission after cancelling my membership read more
