Love this gym! I googled the nearest gym to my house and this gym popped up along with a few other ones, so I was off to check it out. Trisha and the trainers are very caring and really showed they wanted to help me get into shape. I explained that I am a member at 24hr fitness, but tired of having to pay and I never go. I explained that I have looked at other gym's in the neighborhood and didn't really feel it. Trisha (owner) wanted me to take the first class free, so I could see if this was the gym for me. She didn't want me to pay if I wasn't going to show up and really workout. I took the class and Danny is an amazing trainer. Because I am so out of shape he took the time during class to help me and I could tell he was really listening to me. I decided to join this gym with my 14 yr. old daughter. The gloves, wraps and mouth peace was all included for both of us. No sign up fee, no contract. I am also getting help with food recipes. My mission in life is to assist my fellow Combat Vets transition from military to civilian life. This place is absolutely amazing. This is not just a fitness journey for me, but a mental one as well. Not only are the trainers amazing, understanding, and passionate, but the members are just as awesome. I went into this not knowing what to expect and had low expectations of even being able to do it. However, once I met everyone and the class got started, I realized how great this was going to be. I went to the muai Thai class, thought it would be fun. On my first day (45 minute class) the instructor started sparing with the students. Did not require us to wear head gear, and there was no additional head gear for the students. Once it was my turn to spar with the instructor he kicked me in the face with a roundhouse kick. We were only training at 30%. He broke my orbital bone in my face and I was required to have surgery. He then was not sorry or willing to help with the injury. He was a real ass about the whole thing. I have had surgery since and had double vision ever since. This was the worst instructor I have ever seen. I do not recommend the instructor Eric Chavez, or the gym. He ruined at least 6 weeks of my life. I hope he was fired. read more

Love this gym! The owner (Tricia) is extremely helpful and so are the professional trainers. Love Joey and Alan they are awesome. It's hard getting to the gym but both my husband and I agree that once we get there, we are happy we came. YOU WILL SWEAT and you will LOVE IT! You get technique and a great workout or you can just focus on technique and STILL get a workout. For whatever reason, our kids need to eat every day or a couple of times a day so I can't stay for more than one class but I most definitely would if I could. My boys love it too. It is very family oriented and you feel the love. But their speak is adult too so there's no baby waby talk. It's a comfortable environment but they are real. Not expensive, very reasonable for a family of 5! The same amount they charge for ONE person at most other gyms I looked into. Not sure how to explain it, they are NO JOKE but you will love it all the same because you know you are getting a great workout. read more

I first started here because I was told that I would be able to work toward competing at the amateur level for boxing. I attended the classes on Tuesdays and Thursday's for about an hour and a half each day for about two months. Despite the fact that I was working toward competition I was always put in a group of people who were just learning to box or their for a boxing cardio workout. During this time I never worked one on one with any of the trainers. I just continued to train hoping things would progress....they didn't. Before leaving I had texted the owner asking about the training I was told I would get at that gym. I never received any kind of reply back. The last straw came when I showed up and nobody was there to run any kind of class. Later that month I emailed Trisha telling her I would like to cancel my membership due to not getting the training I was promised. Once again I did not get a reply back. Later I came to find out that despite canceling my membership she charged another month to my credit card which I found out through a Yelp review she has a habit of doing after you cancel. If you are looking for a serious boxing gym to train at I would look toward somewhere else. read more
