The store's phone goes to a central "virtual" center who knows where. They can't or won't contact the store. And neither will the chat folks on their website. Also, the website indicates that sales staff does not earn commissions, but they do earn kickbacks from the companies they represent and you're steered to that particular salesperson's brand.

They offered to come to my location for the install instead of having my car sit in the shop all day for an extra fee which was definitely worth it.
