Lisa and Cobalt Hair Lab are so amazing at cutting and conditioning my hair so I don't lose any length and my curls are light, fluffy, and smooth. I liked my hair, but Cobalt Hair Lab helped me love my hair again! COVID Review: I felt very safe entering Cobalt Hair Lab. Only a few people are allowed inside at a given time and everyone was spread out. As soon as I walked in, I was asked to wash my hands and while I was doing that, the station where I was going to sit was getting another sanitizing wipe down. Everyone wore masks the entire time.

Avoid this salon. I brought in clear inspiration photos and gave them multiple opportunities to fix…read moremy hair, but I still left with a result that looked nothing like what I requested. The first photo is what I asked for. The second is what I actually left with. When I called to discuss it, I was told, "We're not the salon for you," instead of being offered a solution. I asked to speak with the owner, who immediately said he didn't care to see the photos and doesn't give refunds. He was rude, dismissive, and showed no interest in making the situation right. A salon's true character shows when something doesn't go as planned. Instead of standing behind their work, they dismissed me as a customer. I wasted my time, my money, and now have to pay another salon to correct their work. Hopefully this review saves someone else the time, money, and disappointment that I experienced.

I explicitly stated that I have blonde brows and very sensitive skin and I only need the dye for maximum 2 minutes. She said "it's a different kind of dye so we leave on for 5 minutes" and I said that's a really long time and I think we should do 3 minutes then. She agreed and then left and didn't come back and over processed the f out of my brows, giving me dark blocks on my face that's wayyy darker than my natural blonde hair on top leaving me looking crazy. And that was after I told her to take some of the dye off before I even left because I was unhappy. Please do not promise results that you cannot achieve and I will go somewhere else that can achieve the results that I need. Everyone else is nice it seems. That is my one caveat.

I dropped in at 9 am on a Saturday and he was ready and waiting. He is so fast and thorough, and before I knew it, I left with a beautiful blowout and curled style. He is so kind and we had such a good conversation. The salon is warm and inviting, and I can tell he welcomes all types of clients, male or female, from young to older! Also...I'm not sure what kind of wizardry he uses but it's 2 days later and my hair is still looking great, even after I was rained on! I've never had anyone else achieve that. You can bet if I was local, I would go to him for all my hair needs.

She totally listened to what I want, as I was doing a big cut of about 8 inches. Of course, doing a big cut you get a little nervous but Morgan put me at ease. Then you get an amazing hair wash - with even a hand massage while you get your hair washed. I loved the eye mask, perfect touch. Then Morgan got started with my cut. I knew before she was finished I would love the cut. She did a great job with checking in to make sure it was exactly what I wanted and she hit it out of the park.
