So, I've taken two years to cool down and wait for them to come through with an apology and a refund. I've waited and received neither. And lest you think I've forgotten details of what happened I'm writing this review with the email and print correspondence, written contract and notes taken from phone calls with them during the time I used their services. They put on a charming in person presentation about how much care they put into choosing the people they matched their clients with. When I asked how these men were selected they alluded to lists of eligible bachelors who used to pay for this service or are currently paying for this service. I paid over $1,000 of my hard earned money (which was never refunded). Here are the snippets from emails I sent in after my two problematic dates: ------------------------------------ Feedback I emailed MOC after date #1 on 5-27-11 "--MY DATE-- was 15 minutes late but was nice, polite and good looking. However, this cannot count as one of my matches because they are supposed to be based on my criteria. He was in the seminary for over 10 years and is now a VERY Catholic man: no sex unless it's in marriage and for the purpose of having a baby, anti-gay, etc. There is no way humanly possible that anyone who had even glanced at my file might think that could be an acceptable match. Its a clear fundamental difference in lifestyle and values.
