This past week I needed a sewer lateral inspection which is a standard required inspection on all residential resales in Warminster Township. Matt came to the property to conduct the Inspection and in spite of running into a few issues along the way, Matt continued to be calm, kind and persevered until he was able to complete the inspection . I strongly recommend hiring Express Drains and requesting Matt whether you need a routine Inspection or other work on your sewer line.

We are all the way in California, so I'd like to thank Dave and fellow Yelpers for all the detailed reviews. Our tenant is happy with the work, and even said Dave did extra touches that weren't even on the work order. We appreciate that. Thank you, too, to Brittany, who runs the office. She made it super easy to pay over the phone. And one last thing, the price of the work is fair and honest. You will not get hustled for sure. Thank you Advanced Plumbing and we certainly have your number saved now in our contacts. Maria and Rex Hutchinson

I found Advanced Plumbing through Yelp and have used their services twice so far. They provided a…read morequick response to my inquiries both times. I value that they were honest, fair and prices are reasonable. They called to let me know when they were on there way and they were on time. The first time i used them i had a really bad clog in my kitchen drain, the clog was so bad it had to be removed from the pipe in the basement. They were able to remove the clog and backed their work with a 30 day guarantee. That gave me great peace of mind. The second time i used them was for a problem i was having with my stack pipe. I was fortunate to not need the entire stack replaced. The cap to the stack was decayed and so they were able to replace it. Just a note that they don't cover their shoes/boots so if you don't wear shoes/boots in your home or your concerned that they might track debris and etc. you might want to provide them with shoe covers. They get the job done right but they don't really clean up the work area. So be aware that the job will get done right, but you might need to go behind them and clean up the area they were working in. Overall a solid experience.

He only charged me the price he quoted me over the phone, even though the one thing took longer than expected for him to fix. He respected my property - he wore shoe covers, and even cleaned up when he was done. I'm embarrassed to say, my faucet handles are shiner now than before he arrived. I'm so happy my toilet is no longer growling at me after I flush it, and can now take a shower without standing in a tub of water. I highly recommend Barci, and plan on using them again - hopefully for a renovation soon!

With the oil prices at $5.5 per gallon, a electric water heater was a no brainer. I was going to do it myself but without existing pipes or electrical lines, I quickly realized I needed professionals. I shopped around and other places were quoting me insane prices. Luckily, I found On Point Plumbing. Not only did they save me a ton of money, but they also used Bradford White, top of the line water heater! Michael was great to work with and very flexible, it was especially needed since I work night shift. Gus did a amazing job installing the tank and even hooked it up with insulation foam. Jack the electrician took his time and perfected his craft making sure everything is up to code. As a first time owner I am still learning the ropes but the whole crew was happy to answer my questions and give me advice. I would recommend On Point Plumbing to any homeowners nearby. I needed to have a kitchen sink hooked up, new faucet installed, and two toilets fixed. Glen asked me some good questions on the phone so he would know what to anticipate and what parts to bring. (Sounds pretty basic but many other plumbers just don't do this for some reason and then they charge you for a million trips to the store to get the most basic parts.) The guy he sent was an experienced plumber (13 years as a plumber, as opposed to other plumbers who send out newbies.) He was considerate of my house. He put booties on and off each time he came in my house or left to run to the truck. He cleaned up nicely after himself too, which I greatly appreciate. He was able to explain the problems with my toilet. (A lot of plumbers treat me like a dumb broad and why should I care about why something is or is not working.) He said they guarantee their work for a year. My toilets no longer run. My sink got the two thumbs up from my dad who is an engineer. The cost was $400. It sounds a little expensive for two hours of work. However, it is worth it to me to not have the headache, attitude, and re-dos from other plumbers who were clueless. And, I didn't have to mop the floor afterwards!

He was very polite and called when he was about 30 minutes away from our house to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived, he did a thorough inspection and determined the water was coming from our neighbor's house (it was). At the time, since we could not get a hold of the neighbors, he suggested some ways we could inexpensively patch up some areas ourselves with wet-dry cement. He was great at trouble-shooting our issue and even shied away from putting a camera in because he did not want to waste our money since he thought the problem did not stem from our lines. Great company and Glenn's inspection came free of charge. Will definitely use this company again for our plumbing needs.
