The staff has no energy, I've never seen a smile from any of the employees, and they treat clients like nuisances. Customer service is nonexistent, mainly because it seems they DON'T want customers. The are horrible about updating their inventory - even if you look online, that's not a guarantee. So, unless you know the secret, you choices are limited. Did I mention their poor and uninviting customer service? BTW, there's a room full of people who never move, no matter how many customers there are. Go by and say HI to the land manatees! I stood in line not moving for 20 minutes and when I noticed there were 2 other employees in the store I asked the cashier if they could come help check and she got very rude about it. One employee was sitting on her lazy rear end in the office. None of them were in proper uniform. I was a manager at dollar general in Oklahoma and dollar general policy is if there are 3 people in line you call another employee to come jump on a register. The customer service in this store was awful I did call corporate. I also noticed the store is very cluttered and not clean. You can't get down aisles. I won't be back.

As soon as we opened the door to go inside, we noticed all the lights off. My daughter was hesitant, but I pursued. Lol. Seconds later, we saw a man in a cowboy hat who promptly said hello then turned on the lights. It was awkward. So we quickly walked around. More frustrating than anything was seeing no prices on any items. It was, however, mostly organized: - blankets - cookware - garden figures - pottery - ristras (some even heart-shaped) Just as we were about to leave I thanked the man and asked if they accepted plastic as payment. They do. I also asked what time they open. He matter-of-factly replied, "We are open 7 days a week." Lol.

This store is located near the UPS store in a plaza with free parking. I found the jean shorts. Tried multiple pairs on and decided on a pair that was $42.99. Pricey I know, but I'd rather support small businesses like this one where I know I will get good service. I really loved their Fourth of July offerings including but not limited to their cowboy-inspired t-shirts. Many of their outfits could be considered business attire as they had blouses, dresses, jumpsuits, rompers, and ribbon tie pants. Their sizes range from extra small to extra large. They do offer plus sizes. They sell shoes, sunglasses, some belts (not many), bags, clutches, wallets, and jewelry. Their earrings tend to run between $10-$25. Service was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be shopping here more in the future. At the time of this writing, a second location was in Stephenville, TX. For more info, go to https://www.southernhoney.com
