The Salvation Army works hard to serve the community, so you can be assured that your donations serve people in need. It's a wonderful organization. We saw a beautiful vintage ski boot bag in the window and thought it was worth a try to IG message them to see if they were in town. Surprisingly the owner replied back super fast and said she'd meet me in 10 minutes! The owners were on their way out to grand junction to pick up goodies for their store and were happy to turn around to let us in. We shopped around really quickly and ended up only grabbing the ski boot bag. Here's the thing I think they do a beautiful job curating and shopping for her store products. They have a theme and quality that they look for and it's very clear. She shared that they often drive all around the state, four corners area, and Wyoming to estate sales to get these items. She was even able to tell me where she found the bag! That is why you pay a "higher" price for her store. Our bag was $45 and for something so unique I think it was fairly priced.
