I still don't understand how "trim the sides and back" turned into losing three inches. Another man came in asking for a simple #6 all over, and they immediately questioned him too. With several stylists standing around, they all started telling him what he should do with his hair instead of listening to what he wanted. But the problem is the hours are not reliable. We have made appointments the day before to come for the next morning and show up and wait thinking we had appointments and the shop is closed. Today we made 2 appointments (or so I thought they were appointments) and when we arrived at the appointment we were told we would have to wait as other people were in front of us. With 2 toddlers there is no waiting involved for us as that is usually a disaster. I am not sure why they allow you to select time slots online when basically you don't have a time slot, you just have to wait in line with whoever is there. This is nothing against the stylist, I think they should remove the online time slots because they make you believe you have an appointment when you don't actually have anything and it's basically just a regular walk in.
