Happy I found this hookah shop by the house. Excellent service I must say! Not sure why someone said they received bad customer service. I sent a message to the business the day before, asking if they have what I'm looking for and how much they charge for it. I got a response within minutes. I was going to swing by yesterday after dinner, but saw on Google that they were closed early because of New Year day. I love how updated they are online so you know, instead of having to call to check. I ended up going there tonight. The store is very bright and clean! There wasn't anyone in the shop when I first got there. One person came in shortly afterwards. The owner didn't cut me off from helping me to assist the other guy, even though I saw the other customer was quite impatient to be helped right away. I didn't take too long afterwards to be done. I'll definitely be coming back here for my hookah needs! read more

Ali Is literally the best, incredibly knowledgeable about hookah, and all the different companies that make the actual components. Down to the country of origin and where they were manufactured, and the pros and cons of one company over the other. You can go to a smoke shop and get a lot of education without breaking the bank. read more

Finally found a smoke shop open for this quarantine me and my fiancé wanted a hookah for our new place so we came across this gem in our neighborhood! Terrible customer service. Refuses to acknowledge or serve black women. Completely ignored me for about 10 minutes as they served a white male and couldn't even take a second to let me know whether they were ever going to serve me. Of course y'all would respond and SAY that you don't discriminate but your actions were discriminatory so your dismissal of my experience only proves that not only do you engage in discriminatory actions (as many people do, we're human), but you think your words mean more than my experience. Which perpetuates racism in itself. read more

Was in town for a convention I stopped in and picked up some hookah tobacco the guy was so friendly and knowledgeable he turned me on to some new flavors which smokes amazing. I went in at 10:30 luckily they closed at 11. Highly recommend it!!! read more

I really enjoyed this hookah/vape lounge. I was able to get service immediately. I am someone who is not picky with my hookah. I asked them to make me something good mix some flavors and they did exactly that! Not too pricey either! I used my vape in there in the beginning for about 15 minutes before I ordered because I just wasn't quite ready to get a hookah, which they didn't seem to mind. Great staff, great hookah, great environment. read more

I've been going here for about a year now. When I came in I'd been vaping a while (not a clue what I was doing) and met Kay. I'd been to a few other places but no attendant really gave me advice, info, etc until this place. They seems to have taken an interest in the product they sell and strive to help customers in depth, something you don't often see at other smoke shops. Kay in-particular is knowledgeable about vaps and has a very approachable demeanor. He knows what he's talking about (I checked) and doesn't seem to be trying to blow smoke up my ass (ha) when talking about rigs or corresponding items. I also like that I can go in and get a recommendation on decent vapes. My preferences are always remembered and considered. They even go the extra mile here and will let you sample, help you change filters, prep them and put it all back together. This is among some of the best customer service I've ever had and its the main reason I haven't gone anywhere else since stepping foot in their establishment. I highly recommend this smoke shop! read more

I've been coming here for years and these guys have always been amazingly helpful. every person that works here i've had great interactions with and they always remember my cigarette order when I walk in and have it on the counter before I reach the register. plus, their selection is out of this world ! whatever you're looking for, they have, and if they don't, they'll try to get it for you. it's the only place I buy glass and products from and I couldn't be happier. read more

The best part of it all he is a fair man, I bought my hookah just a day ago and my wife and I found out our Hookah had a crack on it... I brought it back to his shop today and guess what he did??? They don't care about their customers or the people around them. This even went to the point where the owners nephew working had the same reaction. This is incredibly pathetic and baffling. Go somewhere else, this is a terrible shop with no customer service, period.

I am so disappointed with the level of service at this location. I drive out of my way to come to…read morethis location because I very much valued their prices and previously loved their vibe. On the evening of October 3rd, I was in the area to grab my elf bar. I was able to use it for the evening and most of the day yesterday. Once it died it would not hold charge. I went to the store first thing this morning and explained the situation. The chick behind the counter advised me because it's been 24 hours past she would not be able to refund or replace. I didn't even want a refund. I just wanted a product that worked correctly for the money I spent. She then made me purchase a new one. As someone who works in the credit card processing industry, it is a known fact that a consumer is able to dispute or chargeback a transaction if and when they are not satisfied with the service and/or are not receiving the product they paid for. This includes defective items. As a merchant, it is your responsibility to provide a service and product that is not defective. She argued with me abruptly and told me it was illegal which is 100% incorrect. After trying to explain it she got extremely defensive and told me to never step foot in the store again. My boyfriend and I have been coming here frequently for awhile for many items. Taking my business else where it totally fine.. but after the amount of money I have spent here, they could have done the right thing especially after selling me something defective. Replacing a 23 dollar product that was defective would have kept you a long term customer. Now you lose out on two customers and the charge from 10/3 as I did not keep the defective product and I was not provided a replacement for something I paid for with the expectation it would work properly.

I was so surprised , in a good way, about this cigar lovers version of Willie Wonkaville. The friendly and professional service provided by the staff (mostly women) was a blessing. The selections and pricing was just incredible Compared to most cigar places. I was like a kid at the candy store. I bought 30 cigars for the price of 10 top tier cigars at a California store. This is by far the best the best smoke shop in all of Las Vegas. They have the best customer service and the greatest variety of hookah selections, pipes, and great cigars. I have been coming here for a couple years now and I have grown to have a friendship with the workers here. I find myself here all the time just to hang out and catch up on what's new at the shop. I'm never going anywhere else staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. You can tell they are not all about the money and they actually care. I came in twice today. First to survey my options in the neighborhood and I came back to purchase. They have a great selection and best prices in the neighborhood after checking 4 other stores. My new favorite. read more
