That's EXPECTED with this kind of merchandise. Don't ruin their rep when they're nice people who are willing to help you. Any of these batteries are easily faulty and it's not their fault. So put more honest reviews. The older gentleman who helped me today fixed my problem the next day. No receipt no issue. He's a good business man and a good community member. This will be my go-to for any other smoking paraphernalia. TLDR shop and shopkeepers are neat and friendly and most of all ACCOMODATING. Ignore the 1 star reviews- it's just people complaining about typical vape products that tend to not work unless you spend $40+ on a quality battery. PS: don't let the homeless folks who hang around in the general vicinity deter you. They all keep to themselves and are harmless, and everyone has their own struggles we know nothing about.
