A lady that sat set next to me told me scheduled for same, and hard to find a parking spot! She was seen first, although I arrived before her! The place was packed and overbooked! I waited almost 2 hours for my appt.! What, these doctors don't feel my time is important too? And I had already had a series of X-rays prior ordered by my PCP at an imaging facilty, yet Dr. Kardashian claimed he did not have, thus had several more taken. I was told I could have surgery for my arthritic hand, and he gave me steroid shot for pain. Only saw the doctor for a few minutes, yet I lost my ride home due to long waits in office, Xrays, and more waiting in the treatment room! Had trouble getting a call through to my rider, and a friend paid $50 for a Uber privately to get me home! This is a poorly run facility, and sure they will not compensate for the Uber ride back home! I am appalled!

My surgical nurse Mandi was such a great, great lady! She llaughed when she handed me the ever so lovely pull ups! Best part she was even able to talk me off the ledge, I was truly wigging out! My Dr. Moynihan was great, I even got his autograph ( on my knee).Anthony after surgery was amazing with post op care. Had me up and moving in no time and helped explain my care when home to my Hubble and myself, which I don't remember most of it. That would be a great reason so have your person there to get it. Home now with care from a very over protective Hubble. Guess I will enjoy that part for awhile!

I have a connective tissue disorder that affects my ligaments and tendons, making them fragile and weak. Dr. Moynihan did a knee replacement for me years ago and because he was familiar with my disorder, he put in a replacement that has been perfect for years. However, in April, my other knee dislocated while I was walking. When I hit the floor, my leg twisted grotesquely and broke my femoral condyl and fibula. There was a significant injury to the soft tissue of my ankle and my LCL. My left knee MCL and LCL both were affected as well. The ER reach out and made contact with a PA at the practice. Four days later, I saw him. He spoke with my husband and me for 5 or 6 minutes. I was placed in a leg immobilizer for 6 weeks and T ROM for another 6 weeks, but the ankle was never addressed. It was hugely swollen for 10 weeks. The LCL remained very painful. I never saw the PA after the first visit. Another PA saw me and addressed the bones, but even after my telling them about my ankle and LCL pain in both knees at every visit, it was never addressed. I appreciate what they did for the bones, but the failure of the tendons and ligaments that caused the fall was never addressed. No MRI, no Ultrasound, nothing. Now, in late August, I still have pain in the LCL and the tendons in my ankle. At my last visit, I was told by the second PA that WCMSI has no ankle specialist. I am now having to go see another practice to get the knees and ankle looked at, as this injury has greatly impacted my life. I work full time and it has been a struggle. I wish I had been able to see Dr. Moynihan, but at this point, it does not look like that will happen, so I am moving on with heavy disappointment.

I can't say enough about what excellent physicians/surgeons are in this practice. The staff are all right on top of things, are kind and efficient. The medical personnel are caring and assure that you have what you need. My husband and I drive over 2 hours to see Dr. Raposo. He has referred us to Dr. Mijic, Dr. Reyhar and Dr. Ngyen, and we have been very happy with them too. So far between my husband and I, we have had knee replacements, shoulder replacement, hip replacement and multiple injections and treatments. I was in the medical field for over 45 years, so I know who is good and who is just blowing smoke! I don't know why I haven't reviewed them sooner but after seeing a physician in my local area and realizing the difference in care and consideration, I knew I needed to review them.

Without the whole story...Nicole, office manager called and gave a speech that also suggested I should seek a different surgeon. After 10 minutes of her accusations and aggressive behavior I applauded her ask asked if I could speak on my behalf, without success!! This experience prompted me to cancel my appointment in anticipation of ever having to interact with this miserable staff again.
