They were nice and professional, even gave me a significant heads up when they were running 15 minutes behind. Moving - they hustled and got it done without damaging any furniture or interior of our new house in one trip. Appliance installation was great at well. Our appliances came a few days later than our move and they were able to get to us with short notice and later in the day than they most would agree to come out. They were diligent in making sure everything was level and worked properly before they left. They even helped us identify a major issue with a washer that had been delivered that we would not have noticed until much later had they not pointed it out. Will save their contact for any future needs and would recommend hands down to anyone!

I contacted Anthony on September 28 and arranged to get the chairs picked up on October 1. Within hours, he called back and expressed concerns with the amount of fabric provided, but told me that he will review again and call back with any concerns. After not hearing from him on over 18 days, I called him to get a status on the chairs. To my surprised, he had not started the work and claimed he would start in a week. During this conversation, Anthony argued with me about the length of time he has had the chairs, and declined continuing the job. It must be nice to be in a position to decline jobs and argue with clients. Definitely a learning experience and pay more for better service.

Here's the deal, we've beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen ordering shirts & each year the shirts are more & more intricate, but that's not the problem. The problem occurred, when we SPECIFICALLY order a shade of orange for our WARRIOR ARISE CONFERENCE that we did NOT receive, due to Jackson's misunderstanding (he even confirmed it was his fault). But instead of being customer friendly customer centered, he said, "take it or leave it..."; hmph!!!!! Ok that being said, that was the last day of business with him. I had noticed before, he had a not-so-nice attitude, but NEVER thought he'd be the one to turn and bite us. Oh well, I've found another tshirt printing company, much closer in, less of a cluttered office area (no millions of dirty papers everywhere) & just an all around happier owner to deal with.
