He is a high energy kid and the instruction at Tearney's has helped him to focus in school, gain more control over his balance and given him the discipline to pay attention at school. They also have great karate classes for adults, who can start at any age. As a bonus, when you take the karate classes, you can take unlimited kickboxing classes at no extra cost. I take the kickboxing classes and especially like the self defense classes. They are a great way to stay fit!

Everyone gets to benefit from her experience, as she teaches nearly every class herself. Not only is she highly qualified, but she's also a wonderful person who would do anything for anyone. She's kind, honest, humble, and everything you want in a karate instructor. My son and I love Fairbanks! We truly feel like we are family. We look forward to every class.
