I have never enjoyed the process of a remodel until I hired this Designer who has an impeccable team that works with her. She is creative and has an eye for style in whatever I've explained I like. I really cant say enough good things here but my favorite points to share are: 1. great design 2. great team of skilled workers 3. attention to details 4. no excuses-projects finished on time 5. good vendors/for picking out materials etc. Le Petit Chateau made it fun to improve my property. This was the first time I've ordered from Impact Promotions and they came out flawless. I ordered about 22 double stitching embroidered hoodies for my group, Male Student Nurses Society, and all the guys loved how clean and comfortable they were. "Sweatshirts are fire, everyone gram it!" - Gabriel L. Even after a few weeks of wearing the sweatshirt they are still as comfortable as when I once put it on the first time. The embroidering stood up to a couple of washes and the color is still vibrant. The service was very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure working with Ged. Once I put in the order he gave me a sample of what exactly the sweater would look like right away! I asked him if we could change a few things around like the lettering and colors and I was blow away of all the options he gave me. He was the expert so I asked for his recommendation and the lettering and coloring came out perfect. I am a very busy student with nursing school in the way as well as all my other obligations, but Impact took care of everything. They work very fast and got the sweaters in before Thanksgiving! If I ever need to get any custom embroidering I will definitely come back to Impact Promotions!

We put in an order for 30+ T-shirts, hats, decals, and banners for our golf tournament and he was able to make the turn around time very quickly. I initially chose a less expensive seamstress for my wedding dress alterations, and unfortunately, the neckline was completely botched and uneven. With my wedding only being 1 month away, this was a huge disappointment and caused an unnecessary additional amount of stress. I brought my dress to Carole, who was recommended by the bridal shop, and she was an absolute pleasure. She fixed the neckline beautifully and, while working on the dress, also noticed that the original bustle had been poorly done and was likely to break. Only 1 button for all that fabric (right where my bottom hits the chair), I mean come on! Carole fixed it beautifully with a French bustle. Before and after photo below. What I appreciate most is that she was willing to take on someone else's work and fix it, even though I had originally passed on her because her quote was higher. After seeing the love and quality she put into my dress, I truly wish I had just gone with her from the beginning! She was professional, knowledgeable, and so so kind. I'm forever grateful she was able to save my wedding dress so I could wear it with no regrets on my special day! I am truly so appreciative of Carole and the work she put into my gown. I will be recommending Carole to all my besties for their gown alterations and I definitely recommend her for yours too!

She worked with my budget and listened to what I wanted and made something I didn't even know what was possible happen. Her studio is very clean and gorgeous. She guided me on how to travel to Mexico with my dress and gave me the confidence to do so. I am so over the moon that I was able to wear my mom's dress for my mom and the rest of my family in Mexico. My mother could not be in the states for my civil ceremony, but with her dress she was as close to my heart as possible. Thank you again Carole.
