The store is owned by her brother-in-law's family, so we were happy to oblige. After incorrectly introducing himself as his girlfriend's girlfriend to the owner, enduring the trials and tribulations of finding a 10-gallon hat to accommodate a giant head, and convincing him that he didn't "have to" buy expensive cowboy boots if he didn't *love* them (reasonable girl shopping logic), we got our friend suited up in the finest western duds that our combined pocketbooks would allow. And the result? Worth it. I think the Chacos are the open toed cowboy boot of the future. Yee-haw.

Unfortunately, our time was limited and I don't think we even scratched the surface of this place. But we'll be back to peel this onion back a little more.
