My experience with T&E Vinyl Siding & Seamless Gutters was extremely disappointing, starting from…read morethe very top with the owner, Eddie Stephens. The entire team lacked professionalism throughout the process. Eddie would say one thing and then do something completely different, and it became clear that he has a very selective memory when it comes to what was agreed upon. I reached out directly to Eddie through a detailed text message expressing my concerns about the installation of my windows. He never responded--not even an acknowledgment. That alone spoke volumes about the level of customer service. He also provided an estimate to repair the vinyl on my home, and later tried to renege on the work he originally agreed to perform. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows a lack of integrity and reliability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend T&E Vinyl Siding & Seamless Gutters. Communication, professionalism, and follow-through are essential in this type of work, and unfortunately, they fell short in all three areas.

We recently moved to Texarkana and have done several improvements to our new home. Most recently…read morewe've added a 360 square foot patio. Moya Concrete did the work. Mr. Moya inspired confidence by readily understanding what was needed, by clearly explaining how the job would be carried out, and by providing a reasonable estimate. Of all the contractors I have dealt with, Moya's communication skills are the best. On the day of the job he showed up at 0730 with a skilled, experienced crew. Maneuvering the equipment in the space available was challenging, but he managed it expertly. Existing flagstones and shrubs were salvaged undamaged so that we could re-purpose them. The actual work of installing the new patio then proceeded with maximum efficiency, and we were delighted with the end result. It's a beautiful job. For concrete work in Texarkana, Moya is the man!

One of my rental sewer line got backed up. I called Reeda's plumbing for help after I couldn't get…read moreit unclogged with my own snake auger. Reeda sent out a tech and he used my machine and couldn't get it either. He had a same size machine in the truck that he also brought out. After a few try he told my tenant it was most likely tree roots clogging the pipes and since it's Friday he's leaving and won't be back until Monday. I called Reeda the next morning(Saturday) pleading for her to send someone out to fix the issue but she informed me they don't work weekends especially since they have a party this weekend. I then had to call another plumber out to fix the issue. They just had to use their commercial size auger to get it unclogged easily. I even paid extra so he can run his camera to see the issue and it ended up being toilet paper and not tree roots like Reeda plumbing said. Reeda called Monday expecting I still need their service... they think I would keep my tenant from being able to use the bathroom for a whole weekend... When I told her another plumber got it fixed already, she then demanded a payment??? They did not have the proper tools for the job. I would not recommend at all!

The kitchen ended up being gutted. The most we could hope for was formica until Jason Butler stepped in and asked Alpha Stone TXK to help. I was even more surprised when Cameron offered us a sink, and Amanda Flores said I could pick the stone. This granite actually has silver flecks in it... I keep wiping it down thinking there is tinsel or confetti on the counter (lol). But seriously, I haven't been this comfortable in my kitchen for many years. It was a blessing - and a treat to receive these beautiful cabinets from Home Depot through the Veterans Grant, and to work with Jason as well as Alpha Stone TXK who treated us with such kindness and respect, making us feel like friends and family. God bless you all.
