They were very professional, respectful of our dog's grave where we had placed a wooden cross (someone placed a cross out of rocks on the site), all safety was observed not just for our home but the crew, and I can't even describe the cleanup. They do a great job...for a reasonable price. I texted them a couple of pics of what I needed gone. We agreed on a price, and they came and got it. Great guys, and they did a fantastic job. And I've been trying to get the city of Texarkana, AR to do it for two years. But here's the steps dealing with the city: 1. You have to haul all your crap to the curb and call them. 2. Then some guy comes by in an air conditioned pickup to look at it. He is too lazy to get out of his truck. 3. Then he lets you know what it will cost. 4. Then you haul it all back to your yard. 5. Then you go down and pay the city. 6. Then they schedule a day for you take it back to the curb for them to pick it up. 7. Total hassle...and you have to move it three times. I messaged Moya's on Saturday, and they came to pick it all up today (Monday). I didn't have to move a thing...they got it all & cleaned it all up.

Looking for estimates on a roof replacement. Funny, I never got one even though it was promised…read more In fact they never took any measurements at all. Damage was found and suggested I file a claim. Insurance was quick to respond, checks in the bank in a couple of days. The only redeeming factor for this roofing company is their install crew. They were hard working, organized and diligent on cleanup. Near Me Roofing Co. however was disorganized, lacked the ability to communicate and deceptive. They attempted to give me a lower grade shingle than priced by insurance. I'm sure the shingle would have been fine but not what I was paying for. I was told shingles would be hand nailed but were installed with air guns. Again, not a big problem just deceptive. Supplies arrived 3 days after scheduled day & only after I contacted the company. Install day and no installers. Around 1 pm someone did call and I learned they were finishing up another job. I was asked if they could squeeze me in? Guess they had rescheduled my job for the next day. Because no one measured the roof they ran short on shingles. It's disappointing to watch it rain on your unfinished roof. A few days later additional supplies arrived unannounced at 6 am blocking access to my car. We are on day 6 and still waiting for them to pick up the pallet of leftovers. I'm in my mid 70's and really grateful the grocery store is only a mile away. It's been the most chaotic roofing job I've ever been through. Basically they made the sale and communication stopped. While the installers did a really good job I would NEVER recommend this company.
