The flower arrangements are on the pricier side, but for the quality I would say it is worth it especially since they are a small business. The online ordering experience is efficient and smooth as well, and in the past I typically have received both order and delivery confirmations. However, I did not receive a delivery confirmation for my most recent order so I decided to call the store directly and left a voicemail. The owner got back to me promptly, and did inform me that the delivery was made. I will say when I was speaking to the owner on the phone they did have quite a negative tone, and was defensive when I was simply asking about a delivery confirmation and/or if I should contact the recipient directly to ensure they received their flowers. While I understand that running a business can be stressful, it does not excuse rude or dismissive behavior toward customers. As a business owner, professionalism, courtesy, and respect should be priorities. I sincerely hope the owner reflects on how they interact with customers and makes an effort to create a more welcoming environment.

Every single time, the flowers have not only been fresh enough but they last to almost a week! The biggest test was when we decided to order the flowers from here for my friend's wedding! Her wedding was in June so of course the heat would be a huge factor but also we needed to decorate the church the day before so we really needed to make sure that the flowers would be okay for the big day. Sure enough, the flowers stayed fresh throughout the whole event (some even without water) and even a couple of days after and yes, we did have a heat wave! But with a beautiful ceremony. It was at my Aunt's services last Sunday that we noticed the beautiful floral arrangements and realized our oversight in failing to order flower arrangements for my father's services scheduled for the very next day! On a referral and a prayer we drove to Nieblas Flower's minutes before closing and requested floral arrangements that needed to be ready for pick up when they opened the next morning. I fully expected a reply of "WHAT? Are you crazy?!" or even "This last minute request will require someone to stay late tonight to make these (which it did) and you'll have pay an additional emergency request fee (which I was willing to pay), but received none of that. What I did receive were two beautiful created floral arrangements that were ready when I arrived when they opened shop the next morning, charged at their normal rates. This went far beyond supporting the community. This is a locally owned floral shop that went above and beyond in helping a grieving family in dire need.
