So the shop is located in TJ and I live in San Diego so I was concerned if the flowers would be fresh enough by the time I got home. Every single time, the flowers have not only been fresh enough but they last to almost a week! The biggest test was when we decided to order the flowers from here for my friend's wedding! Her wedding was in June so of course the heat would be a huge factor but also we needed to decorate the church the day before so we really needed to make sure that the flowers would be okay for the big day. Sure enough, the flowers stayed fresh throughout the whole event (some even without water) and even a couple of days after and yes, we did have a heat wave! But with a beautiful ceremony. I couldn't recommend their creations enough, the style of the creator is fresh, original and she really does listen to what you have in mind, works with your budget and allows you to wow your guest.

She made it seem like my purchase was not enough to receive a 5 star level of service. She rudely let me know that I was talking in circles during the phone conversation, and assured me that she had over 300 positive reviews and has been in business for over 10+ years. Extensive experience does not justify poor customer service. The owner called me "honey" and "my love" repeatedly over the phone in a condescending tone, which I let her know felt demeaning, and she continued to refer to me using those words. I Googled "flowers Tijuana" and out of all the spots that came up on the search. I picked out this spot due to the recent reviews from people in the States stating they used their services & liked their work. It was a leap of faith but I'm happy I did so! As an fyi you can communicate with them thru many different ways- have it be thru instagram, WhatsApp, or facebook they can assist you in both English & Spanish too. They also offer a wide variety of payment methods like zelle or paypal! Like I mentioned above they are able to assist their customers thru WhatsApp- which was they route I went. They are very communicative & flexible with your needs. I sent them over an inspiration photo of a bouquet I was interested in for a loved one of mine in Tijuana & they were able to recreate it just right. I also want to mention that they make beautiful floral arrangements/bouquets at great prices!!! I have absolutely no complaints on quality & their customer service. Since I am in the States & my loved one in Tijuana I had to have the bouquet delivered to my loved ones home & they were able to do so for a small additional fee but it was so worth it. Once you decide on the bouquet/floral arrangement that you want they will have you give them basic info like contact info for the receiving party, address, & the message on the card. I also asked them to please keep me up to date regarding when they were to deliver the bouquet & they did! They texted me & sent me a photo that they successfully delivered them to the address I had notated to them in detail (since i thought the address was difficult to get to) All in all- if I could give them 100 stars then I would!
