I contacted Clay Wilson, who was quick to respond by telephone, scheduled a visit for an estimate, arrived for that visit on time, and repaired the gutter within a very reasonable amount of time. I asked when he came to give me the estimate if I should get leaf guards: he said, "I like installing them because they make money for me, but there are no trees close to your house, so you really don't need them." Wow! An opportunity to up-sell me passed over in the name of honesty and integrity! He made the repair while I was at work, and he did it flawlessly. He's a personable, professional, and motivated young man, and I enthusiastically recommend him. Thanks, Clay!

After my insurance claim was denied twice, like most people I was ready to give up. Instead, with Zach's expert coaching, I fought the good fight and didn't give up. He was there for me every step of the way. He knew exactly how to navigate the process, advising me on what to say, do and expect. He fiercely advocated on my behalf until the insurance company finally gave up and approved my claim. Working with insurance companies is truly an endurance test. I ended up getting a brand-new roof at no cost to me through my insurance. Not only did his team knock it out in one day, but they also cleaned up meticulously, not even leaving one nail behind (which is important because I have children). I know none of this would have happened without Zach's persistence, expertise, and genuine commitment to me. If you need someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and willing to go the extra mile, Leonic Collective is the company to call. Please, don't even consider calling anyone else. They didn't just replace my roof, they gave me a better quality of life. I'm trying to refinance to lower my monthly costs, and now with my beautiful new roof my appraisal will be SO much better! Thank you for everything Zach! I will emphatically recommend you to everyone I know!

In addition, we had one tall dead pine, leaning through the top of a healthy hardwood tree and over a neighbor's shed, all on a very steep hill. No other tree service felt 100% comfortable with how to handle this terrible tree, but they got it. The crews are big, sometimes 5 people, and they have lots of equipment which they use safely. I found Pat, Buddy and Murphy especially helpful, but the whole crew gets along well. I worked in my yard, watched, and left out water, fruit and some peanut butter crackers for the guys. I think they appreciate snacks, because they work so hard. They even worked in the rain and left the work site as neat as possible when done. A few times they had to work with our neighbors to access a tree, and they were polite and professional. Pat does the estimates, and he was honest about which trees looked worrisome. After some of the trees were taken down, we saw rot in the middle of some of them. We will use this crew again for some more bad boy pines. They are busy, so try to line them up in advance.

The prompt attention by Nick and his crews contributed mightily to our mental health during the painful recovery process by doing what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Nick and his crews deserve maximum praise for being CONSISTENT: consistently reliable, consistently accessible, consistently competent, and consistently professional. Nick did everything he said he would do and, in some cases, when it worked to our benefit, he did more. Throughout the entire process he answered his phone, returned calls, showed up as planned, and did work so well that today we cannot tell what had been damaged by the storm. Add to this that Nick is a genuinely nice person to work with. We could go on and on describing the many challenges we faced -- and the way Nick and his crews met them with complete professionalism -- but the story would become repetitive, because all that we would write would say the same thing: Home Again Restoration is exceptional! Thank you, Nick, and thank you to your crews. Well done!!
