The car was in good shape but they did find a few suggestions to upgrade the ride and safety, such as old tires were starting to dry rot, and breaks needed maintenance. The staff on the phone and in person was very friendly. They got my car in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I was able to walk down to Sandie's Restaurant and grab lunch while waiting.
