If you are visiting Nashville this NEEDS to be at the top of your list!!!!! It will be the BEST money you spend. Christy the owner and guide, has to be one of Nashville's best kept secrets!!!! She is HILARIOUS!!!! She is just as entertaining as the bands you'll be seeing on the crawl. You'll be in stitches as she shares the lowdown on Nashville, mixed in with some great stories and local trivia. She's like that kick-ass fun cousin that everyone should have and loved to visit!!! She makes everyone on the tour feel super laid back and included. Very LGBTQ+ friendly, and super down to earth. We were glad to tip her down for her AWESOMENESS!! Book it!!!! This is how a pub crawl should be done. Fun, energetic, quick witted tour guide leading you through the streets of a city with stops at some great music clubs along the way. This was our second tour of the day - the earlier one being a bike tour. Obviously, one would expect a music and drinking tour to be more fun then a bike tour, but it comes down to more than biking in the heat v. drinking and listening to music. Bike tour guide was a nice enough guy, but had almost no interaction with the group unless someone asked a question, and showed no enthusiasm and there were long portions of the tour where we were just sitting in a location. On the other hand, Christy (pub crawl tour guide) was a riot. She was joking with everyone from the beginning, did her best to get to know a little bit about each person (or at least, each group of people), knew her stuff, and when she decided to park it for a while at a given location, there was music and alcohol there. I have 3 minor complaints, though they aren't enough to deduct a star. First, the meet-up location was very clear but no one met there. We got there on time and waited for 5 minutes and no one showed. Eventually, we walked outside the meet-up place where we saw a group of women for a bachelorette party and asked them if they were with the pub crawl. One of them pointed our Christy for us. According to Christy, the problem was no one but us followed the instructions. Second issue was the size of the group - very difficult to hear everything Christy was saying with such a large group - probably a couple of dozen. On the other hand, we signed up late and if the group wasn't so big, we wouldn't have gotten in. Finally, Christy mentioned we'd spend about 30 minutes at each location, but honestly, it felt like more. Anyway, like I said, these aren't major issues. Besides her enthusiasm and sense of humor, Christy also took us to some great spots we otherwise may not have found or may have skipped entirely. Each location had some drink specials going on - either happy hour or due to being a part of the pub crawl. She really did pick some of the more fun music places - highlight was Bourbon and Blues Bar in Printer's Alley; what a great New Orleans style blues club in the middle of Country Music USA. My girlfriend and I had a blast - this was definitely the highlight of the weekend and I am sure we'll do it again if we're ever back in Nashville. read more

We took the Pub Crawl tour last night with Christy and it was fabulous! She was hysterical, soooo knowledgeable and made the experience so much fun. The bars she brought us to were a blast! The bands were great! I highly recommend this tour, especially on your first day in Nashville. I highly recommend this tour to anyone in Nashville. Christy is hilarious! She's also very knowledgeable about Nashville history. One really nice thing is she takes you to bars that you probably wouldn't find otherwise because they're not on Broadway. She even waited for my group who was a few minutes late because I wrote down the wrong time ‍. 10/10 this tour is a must! read more

Solid 10 stars! Christy is hilarious and knows everything about this town. My wife and I went on a Saturday night. Christy took our group to some of the greatest spots in nashville. Not your typical tourist tour. Make this tour the first thing you do in Nashville. Christy will help you with what to do next and what to avoid. As an example-She saved us $23 on parking at Opryland just by knowing where to enter the parking lot. We would definitely do the tour again!! read more

Christy is nothing short but a fun ball of energy! She did such a great job giving us the history of Nashville as we walked around, and did some pretty great impressions of characters from the show Nashville to incorporate them into the stories lol We hit up a variety of different bars/pubs along Printer Alley and Broadway, listened to live music and had a great time. Since we were there for a stagette, Christy got the band from the last venue to bring our bride onstage to sing & strum along. Definitely a highlight of the night for our bride for sure :) read more

I wish I could give this 10 stars. Amazing time! Christy was awesome!!! Because of the events occurring in the city the night of our pub crawl, Christy had issues with traffic and arrived 30 min later than planned. Everyone around kept looking at their watch. I must admit I was a little irritable but when she got there... I was in a great mood in no time! She is hilarious, genuine, knowledgable, charismatic... Just a blast! Her knowledge and sense of humor made for a fantastic evening and I would literally do this multiple times over! We visited 5 pubs/bars and even gave us drink recommendations. Our entire group has a blast and we were taking group selfies at the end of the night. I cannot recommend this tour / pub crawl enough. Christie is the owner operator of this company. The tour consists of a pub crawl starting on 2nd street in downtown Nashville. You walk several blocks throughout the downtown Broadway Street area, learn about historical sections, history of certain buildings and people, stop in at some famous bars and hear great bands. Your tour includes discounted drink specials and prepare to laugh a lot. Christie is as funny as they come and very entertaining and educating. She is a Nashville native and engaged with the entire group of 33 people. I highly recommend this tour and the next time I come into town I will take it again. A great way to get introduced to downtown Nashville and have a helluva good time! Christy is a hilariously quick witted guide who does an amazing job of not only learning everyone's name, but encouraging everyone to meet each other. She had us interacting and laughing from our first meetup through the fourth and final bar. Her tidbits about the city were useful and quirky. I like that she also took us off the beaten path of bars, introducing us to ones we wouldn't have sought out on our own but were awesome in their own right. We flowed seamlessly out of the pub crawl and into nightlife at tour's end with a few new friends from the group. We had a group of 7 ladies in town for my sisters' 21st birthday party looking for some fun and this tour did not disappoint! Christy provided us with a lot of laughs, backstage knowledge and fabulous memories. The tour lasted about 3 hours but it felt like it flew by! Ours consisted of about 17 people and Christy took the time to have us all introduce ourselves and announce if we were celebrating anything or in town for certain occasions and from where. By the end of our tour, we all felt less like a group of strangers but more like a group of old friends carrying on through the city. There are prearranged drink specials in most of the 4-5 bars we stopped in which helped to keep the trip affordable, to keep it easy I would recommend bringing cash to easily tip the bands that are playing live music. My group booked a pub crawl for my friends birthday and we had heard good things and were excited. We arrived at the meeting place at 2 and the restaurant host told us that the tour had been cancelled due to "inclement weather". By the way, it was only drizzling and had stopped raining completely shortly after. The website says rain or shine also. My friend who booked contacted Christy, who did not give a reason for canceling and was unapologetic. She also did not reach out to us prior to our arrival at the bar, claiming there was no contact info. We booked through an app, so that could have been true. However, more efforts should be made for organization and communication. It is unprofessional to leave your name and number on scrap paper and make the restaurant notify us of the cancellation upon our arrival. We did get our money back promptly from the app and she did offer to go back out hours later. However, we had already planned our day out and were not able to do it. read more

Can't recommend this tour enough, Christy is hilarious, amazing, and brilliant, my entire group had a fantastic time. I loved the sightseeing parts, she was super informative and the entire tour was lively and fun. Each year 4 of us get together for a girl's trip. We've been friends for 20+ years and Nashville was this year's destination. We had looked at several different tour options and finally settled on Hick Chicks. We could not have picked a better tour. Christie was hilarious. She got everyone laughing and joking together and really brought all these strangers in the group, from all walks of life and different states/countries together for a great time. Show up at the meeting point (PRO TIP: If you don't have a car while you're in Nashville to get to a bigger booze vendor, Big Green Tractor Tours meets in the parking lot of a liquor store.) It's impossible to miss the massive tractors and trailers with the festive multicolored dancing lights. I love to wave at people. It is a favorite activity of mine (I know it's weird.) While on the tour you get to see so many different people, the fee to get on the Big Green Tractor Tours is totally worth the people watching! And your personal bartender on the Big Green Tractor Tour will keep you well lubricated to keep those wrists a-waving at all the onlookers. Both the driver and bartender on our Big Green Tractor Tour were SO hospitable and kind. They cracked jokes and made us feel welcome while we were in Nashville. Without a doubt I would book another Big Green Tractor Tour the next time I visit. It's the perfect COVID-era night out.

She even provided the back stories of the historical churches & buildings we passed on our way to each location. She was sweet, hilarious, spunky and after telling her ALL 12 of our names just once - she remembered them all, the entire 3 hours we were together! We enjoyed ourselves so much and I'm so grateful we signed up - I honestly don't think we would have received the same experience of Nashville if we had just gone to these places on our own. We stopped off at 5 different eateries, all were pre-picked for us so we had no idea where we would be going. Unfortunately, not all of them struck me as worthy of a second visit but it was new to us (except for Prince's, we had stumbled upon them the day before, whoops) and I will say I'm not the biggest sweets fan but the Goo Goo cluster was the perfect way to end the tour! We used Anchor Transportation for our wedding on July 20, 2019 to take people from the church to…read morethe reception at 7 and 740 pm and then bring them back to the church (to pick up their cars) at regular intervals starting at 10pm, then 10:30 pm and so on. Even though our reception was on Broadway, they were ALWAYS on time and very friendly. They made sure all of our guests were on the final bus before leaving. Many people have complimented them and said they were also jovial and provided welcome info about Nashville during the transport. They were one of our easiest to work with and best vendors for our wedding which was so meaningful to us. It is not easy to plan a wedding and many vendors are not this easy and also don't provide this level of service. They also had very competitive pricing. I would not hesitate to use them again!

I highly recommend Helistar Aviation for a scenic flight in the Nashville area. It is a great way to get a good view of the many sights in the area, and to have a fun adventure in the process. It's also great that they are based at the John C. Tune Airport rather than Nashville International, so you get the benefit of flying around Nashville without having to deal with the extra traffic (in the air and on the ground) if you were to fly out of Nashville International. Helistar Aviation also offers flight training if you're interested in learning to fly a helicopter yourself.
