And this is not the top windows but the bottom windows of the house that I noticed issues. They said they would come by that day to review the work but they never did and are not replying to emails. Used them based on neighborhood recommendation but never again. They do not stand by their work nor do they have any quality control. Tim Cook is their Director of Operations and clearly only interested in getting their money but not doing a good job.

I was looking to have someone come to blow the roof and clean the gutters. in both person and via text, I was very explicit that about the gutters and that they have older guards on them and would need to be slid out to clean the gutters - so I was clear that the gutters needed to be cleaned. Micheal quoted me $120 for what I thought was a fair price for what I had asked for IN WRITING. The tech comes out to do the service and is here less than 20 minutes! I go half way up on a ladder and the tech did nothing but blow off my roof - no gutter cleaning at all. When I contacted Michael, he was slightly argumentative and then copped that "there had been a miscommunication". Just beware of what you ask for and what's actually done with this company. You can find people to blow off a roof for way less than $120!

I was able to get in touch with them on my 2nd try, and they tentatively scheduled an appointment for a Tuesday afternoon about month out (on the call, he did not have his appointment book handy to immediately confirm). Two weeks after our initial call, I called to follow up and confirm the date and time. I had to call several times and eventually leave a voicemail, before calling again to hear back to confirm that the date had not changed and we were all set. A week prior, I get a text requesting my address and confirming the date. The day of, I took off from work, sent my children to daycare, and waited....No call, no show. Called, no answer. Sent a text....shortly there after, I get a call back. The long and short of it? They  could not remember which service I was getting "are you looking for window washing?" and "forgot to call me the weekend prior to tell me that they were running behind on other jobs due to rain and would not get there today." As far as when they could get here, he would try "in another day or so" and would give me a call back to let me know when. Life happens. Schedules can be re-arranged, but clear communication is necessary, ESPECIALLY when conducting business. The entire  communication process was more difficult than it needed to be. A week later, I'm STILL waiting on the call back or any kind of update. Needless to say, I won't be using this contractor for anything and if  the quality of their communication is any indication of the services provided, BUYER BEWARE!

William cleaned the gutters and inspected the porch gutter. He discovered that water had been leaking under the shingles due to improper roof construction. For a reasonable price he replaced a section of rotted roof and shingle. Later that week it rained and I noticed that there was still an issue with water leakage. I called them and William came out that day to inspect. He made some additional repairs (about an hour of work). The next morning it was raining again. I inspected and found that water was still leaking. About 10 minutes later William CALLED ME and asked how the repair was doing and if he could come take a look. He spent the next 8 hours making major repairs and correcting major defects caused by the contractors who originally built the house. All of this was done at no additional charge. I am pretty sure he took a loss on our house, but he was determined to get it right and do a good job for us. That is rare quality in a repair technician/contractor these days. So I highly recommend Gutter Cleaning Pros and hope that you all will use them in the future.

So, yesterday morning, I fired up my trusty Yelp app and tried again. There weren't a huge number of listings for gutter cleaning services but I saw two positive reviews for Gutter Cleaning Pros and decided to give them a shot. Scheduling was quick and easy. Josh provided an estimate for us and identified areas to improve water flow that the builder didn't think of. The estimate was detailed and a fair quote provided. We had to put the gutter project on hold due to other priorities that popped up but when I reached out again, Josh was quick to respond and update the quote. The 3 person crew came out and did an excellent job installing 6 inch gutters with gutter guards. The team showed up as promised and got to work. They cleaned up after and the new gutters look great. For a Christmas present, my in-laws got us a window cleaning through First Class Clean. My in-laws…read morehad their house cleaned by FCC a few weeks earlier and the results were stunning, so it was a nice surprise that they had given us this gift for our house. I wasn't there during the cleaning, but my wife had a positive experience. The guys were in and out relatively fast, and in general were very pleasant. She was at home with a newborn, and they were accommodating to which rooms they cleaned first so she wouldn't be bothered while they were there. A few nits: they cleaned every glass door and window that faces the outside, except the small amount of glass on the door leading to our garage. When my wife asked about it when reviewing their work, they said that it was not included in the estimate so they wouldn't clean it (and my Mother-in-law was under the impression that it was included). Not sure if they had already packed their equipment up, but it would have been a nice gesture to clean that small window. Also, we had a detached screen on our back porch that was leaning up against the window that they laid down on the porch in order to clean the window. But they didn't put it back where they found it, so I came home to see a screen laying flat on the back porch. A final walkthrough to check for these little things would have been nice. A few more positives: they cleaned our chandelier in the foyer and it looks amazing. They even replaced the burnt-out lightbulbs, which had been bugging me for a while. They cleaned our skylights so well that it made me realize they weren't frosted, just super dirty. Also, they removed some spiderwebs around our highest window that had been there for years. Now I don't get disgruntled every time I look at that window. All in all, it was a nice treat to have First Class Clean clean our windows. You never really know how dirty your windows are until you have them cleaned by professionals like First Class Clean. Now our house is brighter and I'm not embarrassed by the state of the windows. We will definitely use these guys again!
