We really liked that, it seemed there were very few suprises during the remodel, since the subcontractors had been to the site and developed their estimates. Lastly, they were very good with their accounting. A number items actually came in less than estimated, which was a nice suprise! Keilty provides quality work that is guaranteed. Brad was very professional during the entire experience and communicated well through the process. His crew often worked long hours and were punctual. My wife and I really appreciated Brad's knowledge and creative thinking and would give great ideas when we were stuck on how to remodel certain areas of the house. I personally struggled with envisioning how each room would look after the remodel and Brad did excellent at walking me through each process of the rooms to help me develop a clearer picture of the end product. I plan on using Western Idaho Builders (Brad) on my next big project of remodeling our personal home as well. Services performed: Installed new doors, moved doors around, moved walls around, built a landing with stairs leading to the back yard, painted inside / outside, removed cement stairs and blended wall with house, framed garage door, installed new lights. I had new flooring put in my a different company but Brad did the floor prep and did a great job for the floor installers. The project was completed just over a week past the projected completion time but I primarily put the blame on the painters for this. One slight negative to the project was the painters were not very punctual, had to come back multiple times, and I am not sure the quality of paint was what I paid for due to how easily it is to scratch the paint with my fingernail on accident. The painting itself was a good job and looked very professional. Painters were subcontracted by Brad and not completed by his crew.

He did a complete bathroom remodel and took an old tired 30 years bathroom and brought it back to life. Tile work and framing to remove a drop ceiling opened up the bath from a dungeon feel and made the space more usable. Installed 2 roof vents and put in a garage exhaust vent removing the hot air. At our current house he has installed under cabinet lighting, replacing light fixtures and ceiling fan. Installed a big dog door and placed a motion detection light for the night visits for the dogs to the backyard. The dog door looks original to the house. He did major updates to our electrical system adding custom layout for my wife's sewing room. She has an excess of power strips now and no more tripped breakers. Put in a photo cell controlled outside yard light post. The inside of the house was painted from ceiling, walls and baseboards all while we stayed in the house. His employees are nice and friendly, on time, all the while keeps the house clean and respectful of the property. We will have a few more projects now moving to the outside of the house including replacing wood trim that has swollen and delaminated with material that will withstand the elements and finally paint the outside. We have recommended CAID to several friends which all were delighted with his work and fair prices. He has completed all our projects on time on budget and we could not be more happy with Paul and his work, doesn't hurt he's a really nice guy too. We had several questions and changed our minds once or twice, and not once did Charlie show any frustration or negativity in our direction. Once our mind was made up, we gave the deposit, and Charlie and the crew showed up as planned and had the whole thing installed within 5.5 hours. They did a great job and left no mess behind.
