From the reviews I read on YELP the donuts were the thing to try. So, I got an order of those for the table. The pork dumplings were fried, but only on one side. We like both sides with a bit of pan crusted flavor, but they were still YUMMY!!! The DONUTS OMG, they were so warm and delicious I am so glad we tried them. Donuts will definitely be a have to get every-time we come to Tasty Wings & and Ramen. They were that good!!! The service was acceptable, but a little more happiness in the customer service & knowledge of the menu wouldn't hurt. The second register person when I purchased the dumplings and donuts was a little better. The decor and ambiance were pretty basic with painted walls and basic furniture. Not really a huge space less than 10 tables. The Food to Value was decent, but the portion size of the Yakisoba could have been more. The Ramen's were on par with other places similar. Later, after seeing my niece's kids meal arrive, I politely asked if I could switch my child's order before the food was made. Eva immediately told me "No." When I questioned her response, she called me an "asshole." Yes -- an actual customer was spoken to that way. I reported the issue to the manager expecting professionalism and resolution, but instead the manager was just as rude and disrespectful. When we asked for another server, he responded with profanity and hostility instead of trying to fix the situation. We were not asking for discounts or free food -- we simply wanted respectful service and a different server. After being told we were "more than welcome to leave," I did exactly that. The remaining members of our party -- a group of 21 people -- packed up and left as well. This was by far the worst restaurant experience I've had in Orlando. I would absolutely not recommend this restaurant, especially for large parties or families looking to celebrate special occasions. Customer service and basic respect should never be optional.
