We ended up taking out quite a bit of rice from the rolls and sushi. I think going a little lighter on the rice would be better, and it might even be better for the business in the long run. Even with less rice, I think the prices are very reasonable. Overall, we had a good experience with not much negativity. We'll definitely try it again next time, and I'll probably mention to the employees that going a little lighter on the rice would be nice!
