Hi Times you have nothing to ask to Toronto's stores. I was asked by a Mexican friend to get the futuristic and recreational gadget aka as Pax 3. I was afraid the mission would requiere me to jump on the train and go to TO. After checking a couple of places on Richmond St. with no luck, seeing the alternative Canadian flag with the cannabis leaf gave me hope. This place has wayyy to many bongs, vapes, souvenirs, piercings, shirts, etc. They could have a gremlin in te basement and I wouldn't be surprised... They did have a couple of Pax 3. Used to love this headshop and used it for many years until I was sold a very expensive counterfeit stundenglass without the knowledge of it being a counterfeit, unfortunately I used it before checking to see it's authenticity and he then wouldn't refund my purchase only partially which I should've taken, he then lied about the authentic companies quality and the cost of their repair parts to assure me and said he'd offer the 10 year warranty instead. Unfortunately I can't recommend this place anymore and I'd suggest to avoid it, if your going to sell me a counterfeit " from the same factory " I should know that I'm not receiving an authentic product and paying the same cost, also I'm under the impression it's not the same quality sadly. read more

This store does not honour the consumer protections act of 2002. Purchased a dabpress that bent after 3 presses. I call buddy at hitimes to ask for a return/ refund of his product i just paid 70% markup for the price of it online. He is an arrogant ass and says he doesnt do any of that and contact the manufacturer, even though it broke within a day and was not quality. So i emailed the manufacturers. Heres what they had to say; Hi, We've not authorized any other people/store to re-sell our products. And they should be responsible for the item they sell, not us cause we're not the one who charged you the double price and we were not getting paid. PLEASE READ!!!! I made a complaint with the better business bureau regarding being scammed by this business because my order was missing items (roughly 6 packs of papers) after I spent over $500 and they said for me to drive 2 plus hours to pick the items up because it was only $25.00 even though I already paid for shipping .. then being lied to, sexually harassed (they spoke about my private area) about my display photo on IG which was me in a BATHING SUIT even while having a private account and insulted for my appearance via DMs by this business and blocked on both my boyfriend and my accounts. I tried to phone the store multiple times regarding this absolutely unacceptable behaviour and was also met with attitude and unprofessional behaviour. Hi times has ignored continuous calls from the BBB about this complaint the last 3 weeks. Please be aware of this businesses practice and please be aware that all the info about my complaint is public info and their failure to give their prompt attention to this matter is reflected and reported on their business and I urge everyone should go and read the public info about this smoke shop before spending any hard time earned money. They have no respect for women are clearly misogynistic and will miss items in your order and lie to you and block you when you try to get what you paid for. Also please read other reviews as i am not the first person to have issues with the unprofessional practices of their business. They have all comments off on Instagram as well because I assume they have a lot to hide. I have attached screen shots of the comments they made to me.
