Not the biggest, baddest or hottest strip club in town but for a night out with my friends it was fun. Plenty of good looking girls, not too pushy and very friendly. This is by far the worst strip club in Arizona. They were extremely rude to us, and had no customer service what so ever. The bouncers made up a story to kick us out, and we went to the manager to talk to him and the manager kicked us out despite their lies. In Phoenix again I searched on yelp and saw someone shared a coupon and saved me $30? Hi-Liter has a great staff, and its a smaller, cozy place. the parking is pretty easy, and most important, there's usually multiple hot dancers. the food is good. list of hot dancers: eva, celeste, molly, cherry. there are some dishonest ones, watch out. but overall its very good. maybe the only negative is it sometimes gets too crowded, like around spring training, and then the bouncers struggle to keep things in line. read more

I had a horrible experience while visiting this location. A friend of mine was taking a simple video of us hanging out when the bartender pointed out that it wasn't allowed so we stopped and continued our night. She brought us our drinks that we ordered prior to this happening and we happily drank, while talking amongst ourselves. Out of nowhere she comes rushing back and takes our drinks telling us she doesn't have to serve us despite already serving us and refuses to tell us why instead says speak to our manager we do and he says it's because we gave her attitude but all my friend did was ask why he couldn't take video then complied with her. I tried to get my money back for those drinks but to no avail. We decided to give up since security was behind us and appeared to want to get hostile so we left . My wife went here with her brother and his girlfriend.... my wife took my debit card to buy drinks, when they got there they took my debit card from my wife and held it all night, after when they were ready to pay the 60 dollar bill they told my wife they couldent use the debit card because it was in my name and not hers even though shes my wife.... now heres where it gets interesting... my brother in law picks up the bill for the 60 bucks, and i check my bank account next day, those trash waitresses and bartenders charged a random 100.00 dollar charge to my debit card for no reason, they are thiefs probably trying to fill their pockets from people that they wont think will notice i reported them to my bank, got my money back and someone will most likely be charged with theft from there. read more

I went on a Saturday night and it was very hard find a seat (not surprised), just about every table had a girl working it! As a result nobody was really paying much attention to the center stage. Where I'm from the stage is the focal point, people that want to spend money set up camp front and center and drop 1s here and there. If you are trying to play conservative you sit back. This strategy did not work here. Instead of dropping a few $1s, I found myself dropping 10s on table dances, followed by $25s for vip room action, which was a disappointment for 3 reasons. 1: no lighting, the added benefit of VIP room is presumably added touching for both parties. But i would have appreciated the ability to see what I was dropping Jefferson-Lincons to touch. 2: My seat was wet! When I first sat down I thought the moisture was isolated to a single spot (the room by the way is little better than the seats along the main floor). Turns out it was just well soaked in, so only several minutes later did I realize how un-dry it was. I did not stay long after. I told a non-striping staff member about the issue, and it wasn't until I actually concluded "... sooooo maybe you should throw a owlet over there or just close that seat off" 3: (this also applies to the regular table dances) the second I said no-more dances and she was paid, she was gone. Felt if I wasn't dropping +10s every song I wasn't worth their time. No the irony of feeling used at a strip-club isn't lost on me, it just made their friendliness just seem more clearly disingenuous. They had a wide variety of talent. I go to this place all the time. This place is awesome. The 2 for 1 drink specials before prime time are fantastic, as is the free cover, if you get there early enough. Bouncers are cool as hell, and most of the entertainers are very nice and professional. Avoid Dana - she'll try to jip ya into paying for a partial dance, and her attitude stinks. We almost walked out right then, but it looked like it was busy so we figured that meant it was going to be a good time; at least we hoped.After our horrible experience with the door girl and the door guy patting down Kristian who was dressed better than the entire security staff there, we noticed that there was a smoking patio right there as well as the ATM. We then entered the club and saw the bar to the right, the left side of the club was lined with two people tables and chairs with a mirror running the length of the wall.We were sat by one of the security staff right up front which we appreciated and he was one of the more personable staff members that we would encounter the entire evening.There's one stage; not a bad sized stage, with two poles and two high heel chairs on it (no one used the chairs, but that would have been nice to see if the dancer was erotic and sensual enough to pull it off).Sadly, we have a lot to say about the club, which we actually liked, but we couldn't tell you much about the dancers because not a single one talked to us even after we used the cash cannon a couple of times. There were a lot of them working the floor, walking around, but none talked to us. I have been to this club several times and always enjoy the dancers and their talent.They always seem to be friendly even though Im sure the job can be challenging at times.According to the girls I have talked to, the club management puts heavy pressure on the girls to bring in big money by any means necessary,even in the event of the downward economy.The girls are sent home and even fired if they don't tip out the club enough money.I guess that is why they are now selling condoms in the mens bathroom.If you were to look around at the dances and the fondling going on right in your face you will know its because the more money the girls make the more money the club takes from them.A few years back the dancers had to start registering with the state as adult entertainers,so if a law is broke the girl gets a solicitation charge and get arrested.In the past the club was responsible for the girls obeying the laws.If laws were broken(hand jobs,cock rides) the club would be fined and in jeopardy of losing their liquor licence.So now the club owners have no interest in making sure there is no sex in the champagne room. Now the owners of the HiLiter are these poor dancers modern day pimps.It really from a dancers point of view,has taken all the fun out of the game.So if a dancer so called tries to rip you off its not her choice. Look at the goons that run the place.Everyone has their hand out.Dancers are required to pay $40 to work each night and tip out 10% of their earnings to the club.The Dj gets a minimum of $5 per girl and the bouncers also get a minimum of $5. So each time one of you guys get irritated at the dancers for trying to get a dance from you remember all of these facts.Dancers are fed off of by every single person in the business even management gets a peice of the dancers tip out.The managers should be treating the dancers like royalty but instead talk to them like garbage.Paul Johnson a manager there has been heard publicly humiliating a poor dancer.I was there and asked a waitress what was going on.I thought he was going to hit the dancer..........She told me that Paul the manager has been there forever and he yells at everyone like that.So the club itself is full of pretty ,fun,talented dancers of all shapes and ethnicities(love that).Good mix of music.I would come here again if I hadn't found out what kind of people owned the place and the way they treat the girls who work there.My hard earned money will never be used to make people like that succeed.How about you ? read more
