Finding a burger under 17$ has become a thing of the past, have my local favorite (Wineburger) that has a 5 burger factoring in the cost, watched the D-Backs get eliminated today at Wineburger i had no appetite, drove by Hi-Liter and remembered they had a amazing menu and value selection. Known for their 15$ Steak & Lobster On Thursday, And their 8$ succulent burgers. Decided to try the 10.50 Ribeye & Phat baked potato , couldn't pass it up,did not disappoint, amazing flavor and perfect portions for a medium sized meal with a great scenery . Steak was thin cut and very tender, while the baked potato was huge, (ask for extra butter). Best part was the 2 for1 drinks had a nice 805 draft beer 2 for 7$, appreciative that i was allowed to just enjoy my meal. I went here for my 21st birthday and met a lot of amazing girls. There lap dances are really affordable $10-$15 per song. There food not the best but still enjoyable, as for the drinks their normal price but if you become buddy buddy with one of the dancers you can end up getting it for less than $5 bucks or even free. My only warning i would give is to be careful of the "VIP ROOMS" if your a first timer and don't know what it is you will walk out paying a pretty penny. The reviews are actually right about the staff being rude! I went on a Monday night with a group of all girls. The bouncer was nice. The dancers were okay compared to other clubs. It was the waitress that made the experience less than enjoyable. Me and the girls sat at our table and were getting comfortable. For some reason there was only one waitress. She comes over and we didn't order anything right away. Then one girl at our table ordered a water and she says that they only have bottled water of course, which was $5. When she took her card to pay for the tab, she went over to whisper to some guy that maybe looked like the owner. After she comes to our table to drop of the tab, she threw napkins down on the table at us and asked what we were drinking because everyone has to drink something?? And that you have to buy at least one drink. Weird rule, but her whole demeanor was just rude. Just because you work in a different industry does not mean you have to be rude to patrons. We ordered a drink and walked out before she even brought it just because of how bad of a taste she left in our mouth. Definitely will not be back or won't recommend. I've been going there for years but it's changed. The bartenders, except one, are rude and cold. If you get a drink it's your lucky day. The waitresses never smile or talk to the customers. It's a very hostile environment. Tonite, memorial day evening I stopped in. Mostly empty. I leaned in to the bartender at the waitress station to order a drink, and a waitress came by and literally shoved me out of 'her area'. And told me it was 'her station and live with it!'. I moved but I was offended. She shoved me and was offended I was upset by it. I moved to a barstool and was telling someone how I was SHOVED out of the way. The waitress heard my private conversation and told the manager I was still complaining. He came and started yelling at me and threw me out. This is the same owners/managers who had a club shut down a few years ago because they killed a handicapped man right there in front of the bar. The bouncers beat a man to death with their fists. New to town and decided to check out this club after reading the reviews on TUSCL and here. Went during the daytime and the place was packed. Had some decent dances from Vanessa and Jowanna while waiting for Fancy since I read about her extras and OTC and wanted to find out for myself. She told me her prices and we headed to VIP. She performed, just not well and then after tried to get more money than what was discussed. The whole exchange left a bad taste in my mouth and some anxiety over what appeared to be a sore on her mouth that I didn't notice until it was too late due to it being covered by makeup, as well as what felt like one in an area she let me touch, but could not see well due to lighting. About 20 years ago this was a nice bar, I mean you could get a lap dance for 5 dollars and tip the ladies, now you have to tip the ladies five dollars or more to even get an eye roll. I didn't even ask how much the lap dances are, the last time I went to one it was around 20 dollars. I just left hi liter and I had the best experience ever. During the day it's a really cool place. There was no entry fee. Me, my girlfriend and my boyfriend met here for a little excitement. I came here expecting a relaxing evening but it ended up turning into a nightmare. First i walked up to the entrance in jeans and a sleeveless shirt, the door guard told me i needed a shirt with sleeves, no biggie, i put one on and came back. She persuaded me to go to the VIP room...which wasnt really a room, it was a booth around a corner from the entrance, not very private. She told me that it was 40 a song. I only had a little over 100 bucks that i was willing to spend for the night so i figured id get at least two songs and then head home. I was about to get up when she convinced me to stay by saying she would only do the dances for 20 instead of 40. I should have seen this as a red flag but she was very persuasive so i ended up staying. She then convinced me to stay by complimenting me and telling me I was now her boyfriend, etc, etc. Either way she ended up keeping me there for what she said was 18 songs but i dont believe it, i was sober and unless the songs were some super short 1-2 minute songs, theres no way that was possible but at 20 bucks i was ok with paying it....until she told me that its 40 and that i needed to fork over the money. I tried talking to the bouncer and she lied saying she never said it was 20 and the bouncer pointed to the sign that stated that dances were 40. so i got bullied into forking over the money which was a whole ordeal in itself. Needless to say, this was my first and only experience with the strip club and I will not be recommending this place to anyone. If anything I'll be recommending they go somewhere else. Based on a recommendation...We walked up after having dinner and the bouncer wouldn't let me and my husband in. I had ONE drink and my husband had two at dinner. There was also a group of guys standing outside who weren't aloud in. NONE of us were intoxicated or even remotely buzzed. Because they smelled alcohol on us we weren't aloud in. I've been coming here for two years and I/we love it here. We have never had an issue or problem. The ladies are friendly, beautiful, and each have a different body type which is great. Drinks are a bit weak but fine and the staff including the bouncers are fair and professional. Because not one but two of the dancers offered to go home with me. One for $250. She said "If you have $250, we can go somewhere together." And then she licked my ear and showed me her guns. But if you go to this club, one piece of advice (Useful alert!): the less attractive dancers require money to leave with you. The self-possessed hotter ones do not. However, if you get her naked in your bed, do no verify pre-coitus that she is not, in fact, a prostitute, because she will leave and call you names as your front door slams behind her. This may not be the biggest, the best, the classiest, or have the best looking (or cleanest) girls, but of the strip clubs I've been to in Arizona, I've had the best time here. I've been here like three or four times and have only had a bad time once. The girls know what they are doing here and they give great lap dances. The girls are usually relatively attractive (though some of them look a little methy) and quite friendly. This club can get pretty crowded - they definitely have too many chairs inside. It's not that bad though and you have to know that the crowded clubs are often crowded for a reason. I'm starting to think that these small-medium sized clubs that aren't quite in the ghetto and not high-end are the best ones. Good atmosphere, free entry (with coupon), decent drinks, and a fun time.
