Firstly, I had contacted Rosie through the website informing her that I had adopted a dog about a 5-6 months ago, and would like to do basic training with him so that he would not pull on the leash and/or jump on people as they approached him to greet him. I did not receive a response so I called the number provided and she said that she had read my email and knew about the situation. I was happy that I didn't have to dive into full detail again and scheduling was not difficult HOWEVER, when the time came for my appointment, I had a horrible experience.
It was my fault that I did not inform her that there would not be parking in my neighborhood; however, this issue could have been EASILY resolved. Instead, I felt as though I wasted my time walking around two different neighborhoods. When she arrived for the appointment, I stated that there was parking in the neighborhood adjacent to mine, and she reluctantly got in her car and drove away. I walked with my dog to meet her in the neighborhood directly next to mine, but I did not see her. I waited outside in the cold by the visitor spots for about 15 minutes, and decided to walk back to the front of my house to see if she had possibly decided to just meet me at the house. I gave her a call twice and there was no answer. After waiting at my house for about 5-10 minutes, I decided to check back where the visitor spots were. I still did not manage to find her so once again, I walked back to my house to patiently wait for her.
I received a text after half an hour stating that she could not find any parking, so I was given an opportunity to reschedule. I told her that it was perfectly fine, and that I would like to, in-fact, schedule a new appointment to meet. I did not receive a response after that.
Overall, I had a terrible experience and am shocked due to the positive feedback that I read beforehand on Yelp. read more
