Lucky us! Unfortunately, due to some poor design decisions by our builder, most of our condos experienced significant damage from ice dams. Dawn's leadership and experience as an architect were instrumental in successfully resolving the situation.  More recently, I hired Dawn and Dayna to give me some ideas for updating my kitchen and laundry room. They were great communicators and finished our job on time...something that NEVER happens with renovations.
