Then this past year we asked to have some signs redone as they started to breakdown after just a few years. They did it and they looked okay a first, but they took the bolts we had given them and replaced them with screws. When we went to attach the signs they redid to the poles and the signs fell after a gust of wind. One of the signs broke and I contacted Carlos. I was told they would not accept responsibility for their shady workmanship. Carlos said he would send out a tech free of charge the next day., but no one showed up and began to ignore my calls. I have been trying for months with nothing. I have lost hope of having the sign repaired by them so now I am just trying to find out the exact color they used so I can have someone else repair it so at least it matches and I still can not get anyone to call me back. I'm very disappointed to spend thousands of dollars and receive this poor customer service. Save your time and money and go with a company that actually cares

I got quotes from several places around town. Hollywood 3D Printing, for example, quoted me 3 times the price I got from There You Have It and didn't seem too interested in getting it done; maybe they want to stick to studio work. Everyone at There You Have It were extremely nice, responded emails in a timely manner and actually picked up the phone (!!!) the couple of times I had to call them. Exceptional customer service, the print came out better than I expected and the finish is stellar, completely smooth and the level of detail is out of this world. I literally cannot tell, except for the weight, that my statue is not white marble. Best of all, my order was finished less than 24h after payment and they were kind enough to work with me when I sent a courier to pick it up. I will definitely come back and will refer them to all my friends and clients. This is how you do business, LA!
