They picked me up in 15 minutes, diligently worked to get my car out of the ditch off I-80, and had us back on the road in no time. They clearly communicated at every step of the way, made us feel safe and taken care of, and the price they charged was very reasonable. Additionally, they are compliant with IA DOT regulations and carry liability insurance, which can't be assumed with all towing companies. Definitely recommend Rick's!

Most polite person we've had in forever.. across all service people. He was concerned about us. He was quick, safe & a joy. This company should be very proud of him.
