The entire building (basement, garage, main floor and second floor) is full of very well organized items. There were spiderwebs and visible dust in some places but overall pretty clean. I wanted to wash my hands before I left but bathrooms are currently not available to customers due to COVID. All staff wore masks, hand sanitizer was available at the door, and all other customers that I saw had masks on as well. Each floor has at least two means of egress via stairs. There is an operational freight elevator but I'm not sure if they allow customers with mobility challenges to use it. I like that their sections of records and books had been sorted by genre - that makes looking for a specific title much easier. We found the prices a little high though we didn't find anything to purchase and negotiate. Lots to see, some beautiful wood furniture, and we would definitely stop back.

I went to another gun shop and they had in stock for $150 less. When I asked to cancel the transaction , which was about one business day from when I asked to order the pistol I was lectured on the value of their sale, the time they had wasted and the money they are now out since the gun was ordered and shipped the same day, the day I asked to cancel. I have purchased firearms in the past from this business, ammo, targets, optics and used their gunsmithing service in the past and explained I would continue to do so. David Dentico, the owner, continues to speak in a passive aggressive manner and is very condescending, asking me "if I want a hug to feel better"... I'm not the one whining over the loss of a sale and complaining of operating costs of the business, the cost of the shipping and how much they are $$$ they are losing. Never going to set foot in this store again and would tell anyone to shop anywhere else but here.
