She listened to me cry and moan about my lack of hair and then listened to my extremely demanding requests and just has been a life-save. I can sit down and say I trust her and this is no small feat. She is careful when we take it shorter to make small moves instead of big cuts like others do. Like if this girl moves away I'm gonna go into depression because she is the bomb! The three staff members working also let me know which of them they thought would be the best to do what I wanted done. After she had finished with the haircut, she did a great job cleaning up her station, cleaning up all the hair on the floor, then getting her station set up with new towel and what looked to be a new comb out of her locker. Yet she didn't clean her clipper or spray with any type of bio cleaner. While my son got his haircut, I watched the other stylist. It looked as if no one sprayed there clipper between haircuts. I was going to ask her but did not want to embarass her or make her feel bad. She was a very sweet person.

We've hit up SportsClips, GreatClips, basically all the Clips and had less that great experiences. So one Saturday afternoon we decided to hit up Lady Jane's. The lobby was great and my son really loved the comfy leather chairs we got to wait in. Our wait was short and he was able to get a haircut and wash for under $20. He really loved getting the warm towel and having his hair washed. After leaving he said it was awesome and he wanted to go back next time he needs a haircut.

She took him back to wash his hair, was back there for 10+ minutes then brought him back to the chair where she spent another 15 minutes rubbing on him. Finally she told me she had an appointment after him if I wanted to wait. Unbelievable. There were 2 stylists working. Sara should have had the common courtesy to not waste my time. I was 7 feet from her the entire time but she chose to say nothing. Either cut hair or get a massage license. Not both.

Also a plus they offer a military and first responder discount. My favorite stylist is Alyssa she is a personable, professional and always gives me a good haircut. The only negative thing I could say is I wish they had a way to check in on line because it's kind of a crap shoot if there is a wait. If you have to wait they always have sports on and it will be worth the wait compared to some of the other big chain hair cut places.
