My last two reviews on yelp were not good on a couple of restaurants I visited. I was shopping around one day on google for a contractor and called some of the most reputable outfits in town. All I needed was a removal of a Mini Split and a reinstall of brand new equipment which I purchased still in the box. So I called these contractors are on google in the Edinburg, McAllen area. These outfits had close or better than 5 stars, one guy said they only do central air, so OK. I call another reputable company, don't remember the name of the outfit, guys name was Kyle. He works me up a quote better than 1500.00. Folks that is ridiculous, just for labor and miscellaneous supplies, I said I'm sorry, thanked him for his time. I decided to look on yelp and posted my needs. Four contractors pop up Colair was one, yes the guys that advertises on TV, His reply, he doesn't offer this service, go figure. JC air conditioning and heating wouldn't even respond, neither would Reliable plumbing. Only guys that responded were were from PrimAiry Comfort . I stressed how unhappy I was with these stingy, greedy, money-oriented contractors and their ridiculous quotes. Telling me they're not working for beer money. That's laughable, If I was not looking for a reputable tech I wouldn't had called them. I simply need a legitimate HVAC technician with a fair approximate quotation for this particular job task, real simple. After expressing my concerns with the people at PrimAiry Comfort I didn't expect a reply but... low and behold, he replied, they were very understanding and said the will be by next day around 10am. Sure enough Eddie messaged me next day and said he was on the way. Let me tell you these guys are legit, didn't show up in a beater, he had a company vehicle. Nice, polite, and fair, didn't try to sell me up, gave me a quote that was concise and to the point. Enough said..I can go on and on. I am pleased with both Eddie and Nabor's commitments, they are both licensed, I highly recommend these gentlemen for any caliber of HVAC endeavor.

I ask if they could look at my unit when they finished. They came over an hour later and checked out the A/C unit only to find that the compressor was shot. They offered a great price and when I asked when they might be able to replaced it, I was shocked when Eddie said I will have a unit here in an hour. His techs began removing the old unit and as stated the new unit was there in an hour and up and running in less than two hours. NOW THAT IS SERVICE !!!!

Asked to speak to a supervisor, Esmer aka SUPERVISOR told me that my receipt was emailed on 1/16/2026 which I replie if YOU actually looked at the receipt YOU would see it was for maintence on my previous year $75 NOT FOR THE MAINTENANCE RENEWAL of $200 so she LIED. She LAUGHED & kept talking over me so I just kept on talking & told her it was rude to talk over people when they were talking. Maybe you need to train your representatives NOT TO TALK OVER PEOPLE.
