I called Colair and I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. Technician Eddie Ramirez arrived at my home on time and as promised. Eddie greated me with a smile and a firm handshake. Im old school, so the firm handshake and eye to eye contact told me a lot about Eddie and I didnt even know him. Eddie asked me a few questions about my issue and explained to me in detail what he was going to do. Eddie went to work right away. Eddie's work ethic was thorough and professional. Eddie told me exactly what the problem was and showed me photos and a video of what he observed. To show me a video and pictures of the problem was exceptional customer service. Eddie could of walked in and told me anything but I could tell Eddie was proud of the company he was representing. Drum roll. Eddie showed me the bill to repair the problem. I was really hoping the matter was not major. The estimate was very reasonable and normally I would have no issues paying the cost for the repair. I explained to Eddie I was having a hard time due to the government shutdown. I had to wait until the boss, my wife, came home to see what we could. All kidding aside, Eddie gave me so many options to pay. Eddie talked me through every payment option the company had. I felt Eddie was real and was truly looking out for me, the customer. Eddie said he would also discuss the matter with his manager so I could get the best deal/price. My wife and I were able to get an excellent price and a payment plan we could afford. The kind of payment plan that doesn't keep you up all night. Sometimes when you write a review for someone like Eddie, you really cant express in words how the person made you feel. Eddie made me feel the repairs would be completed in a professional, timely manner, because Eddie was going to do the job. I had trust in Eddie from the time he shook my hand. I had my technical ac guy come out and look at the problem and he was going to charge me 3000…read moredollars. So to be on the safe side I wanted a 2nd option so I called Colair. A technician named Fabio came out and after his inspection told me that it was going to cost me 14000 dollars. So needless to say I called back the 1st guy and he told me the there was alot of damage to the unit that was not there before. The price didn't change because we changed out the unit in the attic any way but I don't see Colair technician trying to get the unit back up and running just trying to screw over the customer. Don't believe the Mr Ruben and Jessie commercials it's a bunch of BS . Or they got one bad technician in the bunch and we all know the saying.

Asked to speak to a supervisor, Esmer aka SUPERVISOR told me that my receipt was emailed on 1/16/2026 which I replie if YOU actually looked at the receipt YOU would see it was for maintence on my previous year $75 NOT FOR THE MAINTENANCE RENEWAL of $200 so she LIED. She LAUGHED & kept talking over me so I just kept on talking & told her it was rude to talk over people when they were talking. Maybe you need to train your representatives NOT TO TALK OVER PEOPLE. I was told I needed to wait 30 days for my refund from their CORPORATE OFFICE. EXACTLY WHERE IS THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE as I cannot find I have taken approiate action again
