I have been to many chiropractor clinics in the past and Dr. Clark and his team are by far the best. From the front desk manager, the massage therapists and Dr. Clark - they are all amazing and wonderful people to work with. Dr. Clark has the top massage therapists at his clinic. I have had massages from all of them and they really know their way around your muscles and how to heal whatever pain you are having. I prefer his therapists over spa treatments at Salish, Willows Lodge, Gene Juarez -- that is really how good they are! I should also mention that Dr. Clark is great with kids! My son was experiencing anxiety for some time and would tense his muscles up. Dr. Clark was able to help him through relaxation techniques and also help ease his muscle tension. My son calls Dr. Clark's office "the best".

Highlands Chiropractic is incredibly professional, efficient, and well worth the time investment. I…read moreknow I've always felt aches and pains -- bad posture, bad habits, life.. but I didn't know how out of whack that literally makes my spine over the years. Coming here was the best thing I could gift myself. They take a series of xray, and they show you numbers on your xrays and compare the ideal numbers with your numbers. It puts into perspective why you feel what you do. The doctor spent time explaining things to me and answering my bajillion questions, which I really appreciated. Your spinal column is the highway in which all your major blood vessels travel to and from the heart, its like i-5. When you're out of alignment, your spinal columns don't get full clearance to do its work. It's kind of like when 405 closes all but one lane, we all know how that feels! Anyways when this happens, you can imagine all the diminished efficacy of the rest of your body that heavily depends on this spinal column of yours. If you don't trust me, just come in for an xray, and see what he has to say about where you're out of whack, and then correspond that mentally to where you often feel your aches and pain. Your insurance may already cover chiropractic visits so technically this could all be very low cost or even free! Just call in (they're super nice), and ask them to check your insurance benefits for you. They'll lay out how much is covered, and what you'll expect to pay (if anything). If you decide this is something you'd like to do, these visits after the xrays/diagnosing, are seriously like 5 minutes each. Super satisfying every time you come in. All that cracking -- you literally hear yourself getting back in alignment. Wish aligning my life was as easy as it is with my spine and chiro.. Happy cracking!

When I called in a few days later to speak to Dr Shamplain or Dr S (the owner at the time) about this matter, he jokingly said, 'Wow you really like to do it up big don't you!' I replied, "No. I don't". He said, ' I know'. Kremer never apologized because that would have been admitting guilt. They did not reach out, they did not apologize, they do not care. Go elsewhere or prepare to be injured. I would have left this review sooner, but right after this event, they took down their Yelp reviews. humm. So here it is Kremer. You know you deserve this review. I had been a patient for several years. They had notes on file, don't adjust neck. He didn't read the notes. Now I would never let a chiro adjust my neck again. NEVER EVER.

I first got adjusted here with Dr. Caulfield, who was really friendly & always has great attitude. His chiropractic adjustment skills are even better! He was the only doctor I was seeing at the time before I went out of town for awhile, & I noticed a huge change just based off a handful of sessions with him. I was sleeping better & noticed an improvement in my posture. I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Scott Petett later in my sessions as well & he is very personable! His energy is contagious & I also enjoy getting adjusted by him. I do prefer the spinal decompression work done by him before the chiropractic adjustment. As for the front desk receptionists, they are the sweetest. They really take the time to remember faces & names, & it always makes you feel so welcomed. Super organized as well! Overall, I loved my experience with Petett Chiropractic & its staff. I would recommend it to anybody living in the area of Renton/Tukwila/Seatac/Kent. If you're in Renton, it's a must! I'd also like to add that during one of my sessions, my boyfriend was hanging out in the waiting area & as I was walking out of my session on my way to the massage chair, Dr. Petett invited him to join me in (his own) massage chair. We both really appreciated that! Thank you!
