Da ich weiß, welche Rohstoffe in diesen Produkten zum Einsatz kommen, weiß ich auch ganz genau, was in den Backwaren, die im Naschhafen hergestellt werden, nicht zum Einsatz kommen soll. Aus diesem Grund geben wir vom Naschhafen unseren Backwaren Zeit. So erreichen wir in den meisten Fällen dasselbe Ziel, wie der Bäcker und Konditor "um die Ecke" mit Fertigmehlen und Konzentraten. Des Weiteren fließt in unsere Backwaren all unser Fachwissen, damit wir die Qualität erzielen, die Sie als unsere Kunden, von unseren Backwaren erwarten. Deshalb haben wir nicht immer die 100%ige Sicherheit, wie diese in einer anderen Bäckerei gegeben ist, weil wir eben auf derartige Zusätze verzichten. Daher sind leichte Schwankungen in Bezug auf Größe oder Aussehen unserer Backwaren eher ein Qualitätsmerkmal, als eine Qualitätseinbuße.

I wasn't hungry anymore once I ate here but wasn't super full either and ended up getting a buffet for lunch later. The latte here is an absolute highlight not to be missed. The foam is just perfection. No free refills on the coffee. All in all I'm glad we went but I wasn't impressed enough to go back a second time.

Three simple ingredients yielding a most delicious outcome. You hardly notice the minute pieces of bacon, but you tasted it. It also came with 3 pieces of fried herring (like a real fishball) and pickled onions and cornichons, as a side dish. And the fried egg was lovely, in texture and appearance, adorned with fresh cilantro. Our waiter was quite busy and yet, so gracious and quite welcoming. Good beginnings so far.
