Buyer Beware: Hertz at Äppelallee 100, 65203 Wiesbaden. I rented a van on 2 April from Hertz located at Äppelallee 100, 65203 Wiesbaden. I was told that I could not park my personal car on the lot while I rented the van, that it was not a vehicle storage lot. I was told it was not their problem and to park elsewhere. There was a Flea Market across the street, which meant all local parking was taken. I drove around for 30 minutes before I could find a parking spot to which I had to walk 20 minutes to get back to Hertz. Employees are authorized to park their personal vehicles on the lot, but I rented a vehicle and had to find another place to park. This is ridiculous. This should have been told to me when I was there 2 days prior reserving the van. I didn't plan that extra time in my schedule for the day. This was an inconvenience. I contacted Hertz.com. They said that they understood that they did not meet my expectations and would forward my concern back to the location. Go elsewhere!!! read more
