Due to past bad experiences, I took a video of entire car and pics from all sides. The next day, I was charged $400 for a patch on right side which was not there when I returned the car. Both pics of night (When I returned) and day (When Budget inspected) are attached. Budget Car rental is scamming customers in broad day light. I am a Avis Preferred customer and still I was scammed for $400. I sent all the details to the Budget/Avis customer service and been following up for nearly 10 months but no luck. I strongly recommend not to rent from Budget Rental from Vienna Airport.

After leaving the gate and picking up luggage we headed to the rental car centre and were greeted by the nicest rep I've ever encountered for a rental car. Seyit-Can A. greeted us immediately. He speaks German, Turkish and English, wow to be trilingual! He was super easy to deal with, extremely patient with no attitude.. Seyit went over all the insurance options thoroughly and was very helpful with questions we had about driving around Austria. As far as the process, it was easy peasy. He printed a receipt that had a QR code on it with a PIN number, you walk over to a locker scan the QR code and or enter the PIN and voila a little door big enough for keys opens. Now we're ready to go! As far as the vehicle, we rented a 8 seater Peugeot, super comfortable with a nice media interface for navigation, AC, fuel etc.. The ONLY issue we had was the language setting was set to Arabic, I fell asleep through that class so couldn't navigate it. It's all good though cause we have little pocket computers called phones. Within 3 minutes of googling we figured it out and we're ready to go. We are a few days into the rental and we're having fun with our car, so far would definitely rent from them again. The customer service was bar none and the process was easy.

And then I was told that most of the cars have them (Winter Tires) during the summer and they can't change my car. This is not only loud, it's also not economical and more importantly it's against our environment! Crazy, sad and upsetting... please make a change. I had a great experience with Sixt in Croatia, US, Hawaii... would love to rent from you again and to change my review.
