When I rented a car last month, State Farm paid for my rental and Enterprise gave me a triple upgrade to a Ford Flex, which seats 10 people. It was fun to drive for 3 weeks and easy to return. When I rented for myself, Enterprise told me when to expect them, but were 50 minutes late as I stood in my driveway for 50 minutes. Then they gave me a tiny Hyundai that smelled like cigarettes. Not quite the same experience. LOL And yet, I will keep using this office as long as they pick me up and bring me home. The cars are in good shape, and the staff is friendly. With taxes and fees, car rental starts at $50/day.

Never once did I cuss, only expressed my frustration and he hung up on me for saying "why are you taking reservations if you don't have a car available." Called back and has who his Manager is, and the number to reach him/her, Tobey claimed he doesn't know who is Manger is and said all he could do was give me the number for customer service; to which he intentionally gave the roadside assistance number. Tobey a disrespectful PoS that needs to be relieved of duty ASAP. Never again will I do business with this enterprise or the one county line road. They take reservations without having available vehicles, expecting the customer to just to be okay with it and pay full price for crap service.

I've never had the prices be the same, even when going to and from the same place. Easy fix? Don't tip. Their tip is what they're dishonest about. If they wouldn't have lied it could've been a four dollar tip, but now it's only two. It's awkward when you have to ride with a complete stranger but I've never feared for my safety. Overall, scummy but what taxi isn't?

We used this company for a wedding event for transportation for the bride and groom after the…read morewedding to their AIRBNB in Mount Dora. The event was at The Pinery at Howey in the Hills. The driver arrived early, as it was a very cold evening and he said he wanted to be there when they were ready to leave. The next big kindness shown was allowing the groom to include his dog, that was part of the wedding. The original dog transportation back home had a change and the driver quickly accommodated. Both the bride and groom said the driver was A+. Next, even though not planned, the driver let them drop their stuff off and then took them to meet up with their friends at a local Mount Dora location. Thanks so much for a great experience for this couple on their wedding day !!!
