Brandon has helped us previously in their Gilroy branch. He's always been courteous and…read moreprofessional. Since they were busy tomorrow for my 8AM(opening) pick up, he allowed me to pick up my rental before closing since I am an Emerald Club member. The rentals we've had in both branches were clean and well maintained. I was offered a discount to upgrade in person from both branches. In our last rental, they even had a follow up call to make sure there were no issues with the rental. I am still disappointed with the holiday cancellation last year especially when no alternative rental in all other branches were available leaving us car-less till we checked a few other car rental businesses. When I tried complaining about that experience, we were offered to escalate the issue or get free rental days. Interactions like today and last time with Brandon and quality of car rentals do make me return to their business. I would just be wary booking during holidays if your rental pickup is around Christmas/New Year's time.

Absolutely disappointed. We hired this decorator months in advance, gave them every detail, and…read morethey still showed up late and completely unprepared. They were supposed to arrive at 8AM to set up our wedding venue, and they didn't even finish decorating by the time guests started arriving at 1PM. Imagine showing up to your own wedding and the place is still half-done. For a day this important, their lack of professionalism was embarrassing and unacceptable. They had plenty of time to prepare and still failed miserably. And to make it worse, even pickup the next day was late. Just consistently unreliable from start to finish. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a decorator who actually respects your time or your event.

I parked in a clear driveway, went in to look for interior parts, and everything was fine... until I tried to leave. When I came back outside, the workers had thrown a plastic mesh/net directly behind my car while loading crushed vehicles. I waited, then asked how long it would take for them to finish, and one of their employees screamed at me: "Hurry the f* up and go! What are you waiting for!?"** Following his orders, I reversed -- and THEIR mesh got sucked under my car, destroying my speed sensor, torque converter, seals, and gaskets. A simple visit turned into a major repair bill because they can't keep their work area safe or professional. When I tried reaching out, the "owner" is never there. I called the number online and some guy named John answered. When I asked for the owner, he said he's "basically the owner." Then he accused ME of "running over their fence" and asked if I "wanted money." No accountability. No apology. No solution. All I asked was for them to repair the damage THEY caused or provide the parts they already have lying around -- which would cost them NOTHING. Instead, they've ignored me for weeks, while I'm stuck walking everywhere because their negligence wrecked my car. The way this business treats customers is unacceptable. The way they avoid responsibility is pathetic. And now, since they refuse to make it right, I am officially taking legal action

There was even a time when they picked up my car and dropped me off, which speaks volumes about how much they care about their customers. Most recently, I brought the car in for its final service before handing it off to someone else. They diagnosed the issue, completed the repair, and had it ready to pass smog in less than 24 hours. They are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to European cars and take the time to do things right. Cohen's Auto Repair has earned my trust and long term business. I will absolutely continue to recommend them and return in the future.
