They waited patiently while we called to get approval, got us into a car right away, and we're available by phone when I had questions about the return. My only complaint about the car itself was that it could have been cleaner. But the important things were all there - it was in great shape, had all of the modern amenities, and it ran well! We are still waiting for insurance to finish tying everything up, and if anything changes I will update this review - but based on the experience we have had so far, I would definitely recommend this location. I rented a car before and recall them documenting these things and this time they did not.. riding in this 2022 white Tacoma was very rough, it had just shy of 40k and suspension was horrible. Jarring your body on every bump.. the sound quality of the radio is horrible and you hear the road noise and exhaust in the vehicle... We have this rented via insurance which is helpful, but still to get a "rent-a-wreck" from this company is an absolute joke. To say im Seriously disappointed is an understatement and I feel horrible for my husband to have to deal with this crap for the next few weeks... Do better Enterprise! This is not okay! That alone was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. We were also told that someone would assist us shortly and asked to wait. After some time, the same staff member returned and asked if we had figured things out ourselves, which directly contradicted what we were told and made the situation more frustrating. Later, another staff member was sent to help us. While we were speaking with them, we could still hear the original staff member continuing to make negative remarks, including a comment suggesting that we would be made to wait regardless of whether we were able to get the car. Hearing that while actively trying to resolve the situation was incredibly disrespectful. Overall, the interaction felt dismissive, poorly handled, and lacking basic professionalism. Given that this location is near a large deaf community, a higher level of awareness and respect should be expected. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.

Last year I was subject to a freak accident on the highway (ended up with a blown tire on a Jeep Cherokee, imagine how hard that is!) and the people in the office were very kind. Not my favorite car in the world - the infotainment screen and operation was not user friendly for someone not familiar with the Ford products. Otherwise, it drove okay. Because I didn't have my new license they would no longer honor the reservation. When I made the reservation 7 months ago I provided ALL my license information, including the expiration date, so they were fully aware that the date my reservation started after the expiration date of my license. However, their online system didn't prevent me from making the reservation. This error is entirely theirs and all they kept saying was "sorry for the inconvenience". Enterprise didn't acknowledge or own the fact that the mistake was on their end. Reprehensible treatment. I'll NEVER use Enterprise again.
